The food here is fantastic! The sushi and orange chicken are incredibly tasty. The layout of the restaurant is impressive. I particularly enjoy the sunroom, and the scorpion bowls are simply amazing!

I had no idea this hidden gem was here in Spring. I'm definitely going back often! I highly recommend the sweet potato roll and pretty much any of their rice dishes. I couldn't help but feel a little envious when I saw what the table next to us ordered... You won't regret the next bill.

The prices are amazing! I've tasted sushi rolls here that are unique and not available anywhere else, even though my usual favorites are truly excellent. I'm thrilled to have some of the BEST sushi I've ever had just a quick walk away. Each time I visit, I think it can't possibly be better than my last experience, yet I'm always pleasantly surprised!

I just had lunch at Asian Fusion in Springvale, Maine, and it was fantastic! The sushi was excellent—I tried three different rolls: the California roll, Spicy Tuna, and Salmon. The soup was perfect for the chilly weather, and the salad was crisp and fresh. As someone who is new to the area, this great experience will definitely bring me back sooner rather than later.

We were excited when a sushi restaurant opened on the premises, and even more so after tasting how delicious the food is. The restaurant is set in a lovely family-owned property, and the staff is both knowledgeable and friendly. It's a charming family-owned establishment with friendly and knowledgeable owners. I really wanted to enjoy Kai Asian Fusion, but sadly, it didn’t work out. When I arrived, I informed the waitress about my shellfish allergy, which has never been an issue at other Asian or sushi restaurants I’ve been to. I ordered the Hibachi chicken, but it came with two shrimp on top. I told the waitress that I couldn’t eat it due to my allergy, and she casually said it was just two shrimp. She took the dish back, and when it came out again, the shrimp were gone. Still, I wasn’t comfortable eating it since I couldn’t be sure it was safe.
