There are numerous tasty vegan gluten-free options available at this restaurant! I visited several times during my trip and enjoyed the smoothies and homemade bean burger. I also tried some of their vegan gluten-free desserts. If you find yourself in Kona, this is a must-visit spot! View menu

Been here for breakfast and pastries numerous times. Vegan options are labeled. Our last time here was for dessert options and boy did they not disappoint. Their lilikoi cheesecake was so flavorful (and vegan! . The peanut caramel brownie was also a solid choice. Friendly staff. You won’t be disappointed.

The sandwiches at this restaurant are delicious. We tried the FLT and the veggie sandwich along with a green smoothie. The sandwiches are amazing and reasonably priced. The atmosphere is great with beautiful artwork and jewelry. The only downside is that they still use egg and cheese products and cow milk as the default in the coffee drinks. Despite this, it's a great place for a quick meal.

My only complaint about visiting this place was seeing a plate of quiche and freshly baked muffins and scones sitting on top of the counter without a cover. Flies were buzzing around it and people were ordering at the counter, therefore, talking near the uncovered food. I wish they would consider getting a cover and not leave everything exposed on top of the counter Will not return till things improve.. View menu

Loved the vegan breakfast options (pastry or bagel sandwiches) and delicious coffee. The vegan scones are so good! I like that they let you pour your own alternative milk so you get as much as you want. The cafe has a very boho vibe with lots of cute locally made art and trinkets for sale along the walls. Location is convenient, right off the main road, with easy parking. Also appreciate that it's open early we liked stopping here for breakfast when we were heading south of Kona such as to Volcanoes National Park.

I stopped on my way back to Kona after looking on here what is available. This old mom and pap store that was taken over about ten years ago by these lovely people offer a variety of great dishes, vegan and gluten free options available. I had the salami sandwich with a homemade lemon/ginger kombucha. Simple and delicious. Support your local organic farmers!!! I really love this restaurant, the food is delicious and the staff are very friendly. I have visited a few times and it seems like they frequently change items in their bakery section. It appears that it is someone's responsibility to make sure the labels for "GF" or "V" are accurate. However, the staff taking orders may not always be aware of which items are actually vegan or gluten-free, leading to confusion. For example, if you ask for a "vegan gluten-free brownie," they may just grab you a brownie without checking the label. I had a reaction after eating a brownie one week, but not another week with a different one, so I'm not sure if it contained gluten, eggs, or dairy. Overall, if you... View menu
