"I'm giving 2 stars because the hibachi is already high, and to add mixed vegetables to it, is an ADDITIONAL $5! I have never, ever been to an Asian restaurant and had to pay extra for vegetables, and $5 at that. So it's nearly TWENTY dollars for a standard plate of hibachi, salad and soup NOT included. I really wanted a salad, so I paid an additional $4 for a tiny, wimpy little salad with horrible ginger dressing. The dressing was disgusting, nothing but orange, flavorless vegetable oil. The hibachi was sooooo so so salty and drowning in soy sauce that I could barely eat it, tasted nothing but salt. The one and only good thing I can say about this place is the sushi is pretty good, but really expensive as well. This place just isn't worth the prices they charge. The bill was over $50 for 2 people. Probably won't be back."

Superb meal. The red snapper was perfect, as was the filet. Benson was a great server, too! Highly recommended.

This restaurant was recommended by a friend. It lived up to the hype. The food was spectacular, and the service was world-class. We will definitely be back.Food: 5/5 View menu

I've been a regular customer... but food has consistently gone downhill. Sushi is very inconsistent. Tonight will be my last visit as I could get better at a low end grocery.

The restaurant is quite small, so be prepared for a possible wait for seating. The food was enjoyable, and our server was attentive. The carrots that came with the meal were delicious!

I visited Mt. Airy for the first time and ended up dining at Kazoku for two consecutive days because it was that good! The Mayberry Roll is fantastic, and the service is outstanding. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. Our server, Benson, was absolutely delightful! I will definitely return for the delicious food and the wonderful service. View menu

The sushi was exceptional, and the tempura was equally impressive. The service was outstanding and the atmosphere was delightful. However, the teriyaki chicken fell a bit short as it was rather dry. Despite that, since our main focus was the sushi, which was fantastic, we would definitely recommend this restaurant and would return ourselves. Overall, I would give the food a rating of 4 out of 5.

This little resturant has a friendly staff with a clean and orderly atmosphere. I always ask the chef to make me whatever they feel like when it comes to sushi and this visit did not dissappint. The chef made me a personal creation dubbed, The Big Smokey, and it was exceedingly delicious. The prices are fair and the service is fast. I will definitely be paying them a visit again in the near future.

"A friend brought cookies to work one day and I was so happy with them and had to ask where they came from. I visited Ms. Angels about a week ago and was very pleased with my experience. The facility outside and inside is VERY welcoming and attracts you. I enjoyed the brightness of the decorations. Very striking for me and pleasant. Fresh muffins were brought out when I was there and when I asked what kind they were the woman who worked very politely, they answered me. There were numerous cakes, cakes and cookies to choose from. I got some Macaroons and a cookie decoration set for my children. The cookie kit was a hit with my children last weekend. We were very satisfied that the cookies, where also really good. I have some bad ingwerbread cookies before and was very happy that these were absolutely delicious! I will definitely go back to my next trip. I enjoyed my trip here to Mrs. Angel's heavenly Pies. I came back to my childhood bakery where I grew up in Marion, NC. It's always nice when I come across a business that has that real old fashion feels it too, and reminds me of home. The owner definitely has a good thing to go here and I hope that she and her family will see in business for many years. I often visit Mt. Airy when I have family in town and will come through any chance I can. Thank you. Mrs Angel is a wonderful experience and keep it as you are!!"
