"I’m upset that I spent $72 and did not enjoy it. Didn’t even bother to ask for a refund because of the reviews. I dined in today and couldn’t finish my food, it was a full platter. My children got the chicken tenders for $15. Way over priced. After seeing the reviews while I was at the table, I know now why the restaurant is so empty. We were the only customers. You should alway be busy at dinner time if you offer “good” food. The fish wasn’t seasoned before it being breaded. I’m really not trying to be rude but I don’t see this place staying open for long there’s no way. The attitude towards customers, not having a solution, and not having tasty food is a huge problem in the food industry. Hope Gordon Ramsey could help out?"

AAA Service. The special of AUCE was snow crab shrimp which was awesome. The portions were super big and the crab and shrimp were super big even when you get the next helping you think it's would be smaller nope! It's just as big as the first one. My family and I went on a Thursday for All You Can Eat snow crabs and shrimp for $45pp. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The food was Delicious and plentiful each time refills were brought out. (You know how some places give you less and less food with each refill? Not here! ? They give you plenty of corn and potatoes with your meal AND it's BYOB! Definitely will be returning here in the near future. ?

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The service was frustrating; the waitress messed up our to-go order four times, even though she had taken notes. For some reason, she made everything way more complicated and confusing for both us and herself. As for the food, it was really disappointing—bland and lacking seasoning, with the sauce basically just being oil. I ended up spending $50 and feel like I completely wasted my money. I definitely won’t be coming back.
