"Normally we really enjoy Kenny's ;however, last month, was a different story. We ordered our food to be delivered to our hotel room. At first it was a 2 hour wait, but that was no big deal. When approaching 3 hours, we called back to check on the order. Was told it had been delivered already. Evidently, the delivery person gave our prepaid , tipped, and service charged order of $80+ to someone in the lobby even though the instructions were to bring it to the room. Then with a lot of back and forth, we got the order after waiting well over an hour again. Asked for some sort of compensation...nothing. Refunding the service charge would have been the decent thing to do. Szechuan beef was still tasty, but the side of fried rice was less than desirable. Old rice with sauce no veggies or egg. Will definitely be finding a new place."

Pork Fried Rice, sweet and sour pork and the bourbon chicken. We have been in AK since 2018 and have such a hard time find a good Chinese restaurant. This place is amazing. We will definitely be coming back.

I found metal in my steamed rice after finding out that I was charged 7.00 for a delivery fee. I am not happy with my last order. They offered to credit back one of my meals for 18.00 but said it’s below what they can and only gave me back 15.00

I get kennys kitchen every now and then fairly regularly, there was probably only one time they ever had my order late which is not really a big deal to me when they’re one of the few places that deliver to Jber. But despite my order being late it was delicious and they added in a little extra on the house so I have to commend the customer service. Friendly staff, wholesome food, can’t go wrong these little hole in the wall Chinese restaurants??

Food was ok seems to have gone down hill last couple of months! We always order multiple dishes, each time we go. This time our appetizers came out towards the end of our meal. Our service was horrible staff was having trouble balancing take out and delivery and in house was suffering. Had to ask for plates and refills. Customers were seating them selves at tables that had not been cleaned yet. Waitress couldn't answer our questions about the menu. Probably our last visit each time we go back it gets worse.
