"Immediately upon entry, I was greeted with a warm and smiling face. The exemplary staff assisted me with my selection, and explained what the various options were for each dish. I arrive at this location for one thing, sashimi. Specifically sashimi which, I heard contained an integral ingredient to the dish. Shiso. It seemed as soon as my order was placed, the delectable fish was cared for and carefully managed as the precision cuts in front of me were systematically placed upon a bed of fresh daikon. Each unique flavor separated by fresh shiso and not the typical baran seen within our area. Don’t let the ambience for you, seems a bit dim, however if you’re looking for an exemplary sashimi experience I highly recommend visiting Kero sushi in the kiln Creek plaza. Their staff and expertise paired with some of the freshest ingredients I have encountered on the peninsula undoubtably make this establishment a must visit."
