"I ordered a chicken box, but the fries and nuggets were cold when I received them. I went back through the drive-thru and spoke to an employee, who then called the manager. The manager refused to touch the fries or nuggets, claiming that she had just eaten one and that they were hot when they came out. I literally picked up the cold items with my bare hands, but she still wouldn’t touch them. I waited for about 15 minutes for my meal, so it’s possible that they had simply cooled down during that time. The customer service was disappointing; the manager insisted they were hot when served (because she ate one), but if I’m holding them in my hands and they’re cold, do you really think they’re still hot? Ultimately, she refunded my money instead of remaking the cold items, saying they would be the same. While the chicken was extremely hot and inedible, the fries and nuggets were clearly cold and stale. If you enjoy cold and stale fries and nuggets, this is the place for you. However, I won’t be returning; the manager’s attitude has certainly put me off."

The chicken in the 4-piece Chicken Combo was so small that I felt like I was eating quail. This is Texas, not Kentucky—we prefer everything to be bigger!

The service sucks. The manager is rude. I got rushed through the drive thru. Waited over 20 minutes for a 8 piece tenders meal. Also the entrance door is hard to open. The bathroom was out of service.

I recently drove to Uvalde and decided to stop by KFC for some original chicken. When I received my order, I asked the young person at the counter if it was original or crispy. He assured me it was original, but it didn't look like what I had expected. It was overcooked and burnt, definitely more crispy than anything else. I definitely won’t be returning to this location again!

Apparently covid caused them to get worse than they already were. KFC used to have a fairly decent lunch for six bucks. My wife and I would come once in awhile. She got the pot pie and I got the extra crispy chicken breast came with a biscuit and a cookie. They've taken away the cookie and they took away the choice of a chicken breast. And the pot pie is about a third less in volume than it was before. The place is dirty the front door you can hardly open you've got to lay out at a 45° angle to leave the place it's so hard to open it. There's no reason to come here move on and eat somewhere that they want your business.
