"I love crawfish, but never dated at this particular establishment. I'd say their customer service is decent, and their prices are pretty expensive, especially for their combo meals. That being said, I don't think that there is any other crawfish joint intown that offers king crab, snow crab and lobster as an option to put in their crayfish bag. We decided to get the #2 combowhich gives you the option of lobster, which we decided on including in our set, and it was surprisingly pretty good in crawfishsauce. If you're deciding to get lobster or king crab or snow crab with your crawfish, I'd say only then is the $60-$70 pricetag is fair. Pretty decent experience overall."

Vina was our hostess, and Natalie and Teresa provided excellent service, always paying close attention to our table! I really enjoyed the spicy crab!

I haven't been in a while, but the food remains consistently delicious. The service was quick, and the restaurant looks just as it did on my last visit.

Kickin' Crab used to be my favorite Cajun seafood restaurant, but recently, the changes they've made to their recipes have impacted the taste. The food just doesn't have the same flavor anymore. View menu

The staff are friendly, and the host quickly let us know about the items that were unavailable and the frozen products, which was really helpful. The whole restaurant is clean and well-organized.

I usually don't write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience because it really frustrated me. I ordered live crawfish, but to my dismay, half of them were frozen, if not all. I guess...

Crawfish restaurant review: The place was quite empty at 6 PM on a Thursday. I tried the frozen crawfish, and I thought it was decent. They offer an extra half pound if you order the frozen option. The price was reasonable, and overall, it tasted pretty good. View menu

I took a few out of state friends to this place on a Thursday night. We did not have to wait in line because it was not crowded. We ordered and the food came out in a timely manner. Good flavors. Oysters ???? was fresh at a decent price. I hadshrimps and clams. Casual place to eat. Affordable prices.

I always enjoy visiting this restaurant for their shrimp dishes. My favorite is the Kickin' Style Medium option. The staff is friendly and attentive, which enhances the overall experience. If you're not in the mood for seafood, the garlic noodles, chicken tenders, and chicken wings are also excellent choices. Food: 5/5.

"So I suppose it's up to the manager of a restaurant whether to replace a returned entree at no extra charge the customer for the uneaten food. Whatever the policy at Sakana (we didn't ask when we saw the item in question added to our bill, we didn't feel like getting into an argument), we still found the attitude of the server when my girlfriend didn't enjoy her spicy miso ramen to be unacceptable. Instead of simply offering a replacement when my girlfriend explained that she couldn't taste any miso in the broth, the lady server told us that the miso ramen tasted as intended and that adding more paste to the broth would make it too salty. It still didn't taste very good, but whatever. Fine. My gf orders the curry ramen instead. It's pretty decent, nothing to write home about. At the end of the meal, we get charged full price for the spicy miso even tho all she ate of it was the egg added at additional cost. Did not mention this before the bill came out. We probably would've moved on without complaint if we hadn't been talked down to when trying to replace the order or had the return policy more clearly explained to us. Will not be coming back due to this experience. I've been to better and more expensive restaurants that return and replace an entree, no questions asked, especially when -you didn't eat it-. I've had $50 steaks taken back without being charged, but you're gonna die on the hill of your watery $15 ramen? No thx. The food, for the most part, is okay. My tonkutsu ramen broth was acceptable, tho my pork was overcooked. My gf's replacement curry ramen was better than the spicy miso, but it was not great. It did have tasty fried chicken, but very few other ingredients besides noodles and spinach. She wasn't so into it. Where the cuisine shines is the sushi. The fish tastes like it's well sourced and is adequately competitive for the price range. We didn't love the ramen experience, but we were actually considering coming back just for the sushi before we saw that they'd charged us for the returned food. The shrimp shumai appetizer was tasty but a little skimpy on the portions, four tiny dumplings for $8 or $9. Ultimately, Sakana is worth going to if you just want sushi and don't mind a somewhat cramped and loud atmosphere during peak hours and a snooty attitude from the staff. I'd have added more stars if not for the service experience. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Recommended dishes: Nigiri"
