"The fish was fresh but not first quality. I ate sashimi which is thin sliced raw fish. it was stringy. Dinner did not offer soup or salad, my miso soup was not hot and less than 1 cup. The waitress did not understand separate checks, the bill was a mess, we were 3 couples. This was not my usual sushi experience. This is definitely not a quality restaurant. There is no parking and Yonkers lives on parking tickets. We were misled by previous reviews. This is a fast food take out sushi bar."

"I called to order a grilled cheese sandwich for lunch. When I picked it up and returned to work, I discovered that the cheese wasn't even melted. I called the restaurant to inform them, and they suggested that I come back for a replacement sandwich. When I asked if they could deliver a new sandwich instead, they said that was not an option. They only offered me either a refund or a new sandwich, but not both, for the inconvenience. I spoke with Angel, an employee there, and when I requested to speak to a manager, he told me to call back tomorrow. The customer service left a lot to be desired, so I won’t be ordering from this restaurant again."

"I am so disappointed with the service here. Visiting a friend who frequents this deli with her husband and decided to order for dinner. The sandwiches came and her husband's was smothered in ranch which he is allergic to. Mistakes happen fine she calls back to let them know of their error, hoping they would rectify it quickly and was first told that she would be called back which was strange but then they said they would send a replacement sandwich in exchange for the messed up one. It's been 30 minutes and the deli is less than a mile away and no sandwich. The first order came within 15 minutes of us ordering. Now that I see some of the reviews it seems they have an accountability issue when they mess up and take it out on the customer. Smh"

"Went here for 1st time. I will day from the moment you sat down the service was impeccable. The food was very good. I had a chicken scarpariello. It had great flavor and was spicy but not overbearing. My sons meatball raviolis were excellent. Interior is very nice and warm. Parking can be a little difficult as it's right on corner of Yonkers Ave. The staff was A#1. I don't think I have seen as well a restaurant as far as timing of food coming out waiting to order. I even complemented the owner they were that good."

"Recently, I took my children to the Irish coffee shop in Yonkers, hoping for a pleasant dining experience and a taste of Irish hospitality. Unfortunately, our visit turned out to be quite disappointing and discriminatory. Upon entering the coffee shop, we were greeted by a rude woman who seemed unwelcoming. When I went to place our order, she looked at us with disdain, stating that we were not welcome in her establishment and suggesting we eat elsewhere. This discriminatory treatment left us feeling hurt and marginalized. As Irish Travelers, we had hoped to celebrate our heritage and enjoy a taste of Ireland, but instead, we were met with exclusion and prejudice. It is disheartening to encounter such behavior in this day and age. All customers should be treated with kindness and fairness, regardless of their background. I hope the management takes action to address this unacceptable behavior and ensures it does not happen again. I urge potential customers to consider other options that prioritize inclusivity and respect for all patrons.
