"This place is very casual and perfect place to grab a quick lunch. Lunch fare is priced modestly! If you are looking for an Instagrammable ambiance with swanky decor this is not the venue to go to! That being said, the food and service was on point. The sushi rolls were made to order and done so in a quick and efficient manner. I experienced my first hot sake and that was enjoyable given the time of year. I did notice they included the alcohol sales tax charges on our check. It didn’t bother me given the one drink I ordered, but could be an imposition if a group of people were to order multiple drinks. Please note the doors on the front of the restaurant facing Park Potomac Ave are not considered an entrance. The “entrance” is to the left of those doors along the adjacent side of the building! Enjoy!"

My go-to Japanese spot in the area! Food is great, prices are reasonable, and staff is super friendly. Highly recommend the lunch/dinner boxes if you're a glutton like me since they're super filling.

I'm not a sushi enthusiast, but I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and the teriyaki tofu vegetable medley was Cooked just right, flavorful with just the right mix of spices. I have no negatives and that is rare. I am definitely planning on returning. My eating partner gave a double thumbs up and is a regular. Prices very reasonable with attentive and friendly wait staff.
