"Kimura is a cozy hole in the wall place for Japanese Motsu Nabe (Japanese hotpot) and other izakaya dishes. We got the Sake Tasting, Skewer Combo, and Pork Belly Nabe (add on beef intestines — a MUST). I will just skip the appetizers and get right to the main character. The highlight is definitely the Pork Belly Nabe. The portion is huge (we got a 3-portion pot for 4 people), the broth is so flavorful and rich, and every ingredient is fresh. The hotpots are delicious!! The sukiyaki broth is very sweet and umami with a generous meat portion. The collagen nabe was spicy and salty as well. Would recommend a bowl of rice on the side. We also got the beef tongue which was fun to try. The servers are really nice and also help make sure your meat don’t overcook. View menu

One of my favorite Japanese hotpot restaurant. I recommend the beef intestines hot pot (hakata motsu babe), the soup favor is my love. They usually serve with a hot sauce, Which you would use to dip the beef intestines into. They added sesame in the hot sauce, making it smells much better. The sushi (nigiri deluxe) is also very good.

We were able to get a walk-in table on a Tuesday night but I recommend making a reservation if there's any available for the day you plan to go. Their hotpots are very good and they even refill the broth if you want/need. We ordered the sukiyaki, collagen nabe and kurobuta nabe. My favorite was the collagen nabe but they were all very good.

we went there for client lunch meeting and had a great time. we went there at 12 noon and the place got packed in 10 mins. will definitely go again to try Sushi Tasting Menu again, its really good tasting menu that's good enough for 2 people. Also, the staff is really nice, considerate towards making sure to replace any food item in the sushi tasting menu that wasn't Halal with Halal option. good pricing and good food View menu

Kimura has been on my bucket list for a while and we finally got a chance to visit with our friends who are super fans of their Hakata Motsu Nabe. We got Agedashi Tofu, Karage, Salad, Beef Tongue Slice and Hakata Motsu Nabe with an additional order of chicken cabbage to share with a group of four. The portion was okay with reasonable price and the food was overall delicious. Our favorites were the beef tongue which the texture was soft and the signature Hakata Motsu Nabe which was flavorful … – show

I am writing to complain about your poor quality of service. I regret to say that I'm very disappointed with your level of service. I experienced the following issues in your restaurant on 12/10. My server was literally rude and arrogant. First of all, she took used chopsticks without asking us when she made porridge into the pot. She should have used new tongs or ladle or she should've asked like “do you mind making used chopsticks for porridge?”. Second, we ordered 2 porridge, but you served o … – show
