"Review is from visit a little while ago. Hopefully they 've changed. Food was super greasy and tasted ok not great. Wouldn 't have gone back anyways based on food quality. BUT there 's more... Service was non-existent and terrible. Had to ask multiple times for water and refill. Had to ask for extra utensils for the table. I don 't like being bothered every 5 seconds but to not check on the table at all over an entire meal is not ok. When I have to raise my hand and flag someone down, or get up from my seat to talk to a waiter to get service, yeah not good. When I did get a hold of someone their responses and attitudes were poor. Based on the combination of horrible service and poor food quality our table decided not to tip. Server stopped us outside the restaurant and asked. We gave honest feedback about what we experienced. First response I 'm not responsible for the chefs and the food quality . When we added that her service was not good either, she replied with Well then I hope you never come back . Screw this place. You don 't have to tell me twice to not come back."

I purchase their frozen dumplings and prepare them at home. They are absolutely delicious. I've also dined in, and the rest of their food is great as well. View menu

I was thrilled to discover a delightful dumpling spot that offers tasty food at great prices. This charming little restaurant serves a diverse menu of Chinese dishes. The pork potstickers and three-flavor dumplings were absolutely fantastic. The service was also excellent, with a friendly and welcoming staff.

This restaurant is disappointing. Whenever I ask for vinegar or soy sauce, I only receive one small cup, no matter how many times I request more. Additionally, on my recent DoorDash orders, they consistently forget to include utensils, even when I specifically ask for sauce and forks. It's time to consider replacing the waitstaff.

This restaurant offers great food for a quick meal. The dumplings were straightforward yet tasty, and the beef with peppers was served in a generous portion. The dessert selection is enjoyable, but be prepared for something sweet. The waitress was very friendly and added to the overall experience. As mentioned by other reviewers, while the ambiance isn’t glamorous, you’ll get the food you crave at a reasonable price. It's also kid-friendly, although there isn't a dedicated kids' menu. The service can be slow at times but this place hands down has the best dumplings for the price. Their whole menu is honestly affordable and I eat or get take out here often because with 3-4 people you can get a variety of dishes and eat well and still have left overs! Also they sell their dumplings in the freezer and also make hand made noodles for the noodle soups. You can see it all happening in the kitchen as it is open to look at. Overall seems like a family owned business with generations of traditional dumpling making.

Overall, the food here is decent and reasonably priced, but the restaurant experience leaves much to be desired. The dining room and restrooms need serious attention; their appearance is quite uninviting and doesn’t inspire confidence in cleanliness. The xiao long bao (XLB) rates a 3/5. They don’t provide proper soup spoons, and the dumpling skin is too thick, with only a small amount of broth inside. On the other hand, the sesame noodles are a standout at 5/5. The portion is generous enough to last an entire day, and the noodles are cooked to perfection, striking a wonderful balance of spice and nuttiness from the sesame. The beef tendon also deserves a 5/5. It's a light, spicy dish that ac...

"On Wednesday 12/06 I went to Banzai Sushi, I have never received such bad service in my life… Every time I remember my experience, I get angry, the waitress is rude and has a horrible attitude! It's a shame because the food there is wonderful, but the service is so SO BAD that I lost my appetite. When I got there, there was some water spilled on the table, she took my stepfather's DIRTY NAPKIN to clean it and just left it there. When I asked for things she responded with an ignorant, rude tone. My partner doesn't eat any type of animal protein other than shrimp. So we asked if we could replace the salmon with shrimp in a poke, she checked in the kitchen and said everything was fine. When she came back, I placed my order and she was doing something at the other table, but said to continue because she was listening….my partner also talking about swapping salmon for shrimp at the end and the waitress replies “so it's not like that at all what you want, is something different” and simply left leaving us talking to the wall. When our order arrived, my order came out wrong. I called her and she simply replied “BUT ALSO, WITH HER MAKING ALL THIS MESS WITH SALMON AND SHRIMP…”, sorry, but for me that was the end of the bite. It's okay to get the order wrong, I know it happens, but blaming the customer? Every time she passed by our table I saw her making faces and looking at the kitchen. I thought it was a huge lack of respect, we are paying customers. On top of that, it also includes a 15% tip. Normally, if I receive good service, I will give 20%, after all, I work in customer service and value professionals in my field. And if the service was just bad, I wouldn't bother coming here to report it... But it was horrible"
