"I apos;m from a small country town in Texas, just moved here to Orlando in July I apos;ve been looking for some soul food to try so when I saw King of Soul Food I knew I had to try it it was JUST what I needed! I had to Smothered Pork Chops (2pc)with cabbage, mac cheese, and collard greens. The greens didn apos;t taste like I apos;m used to from home, but they were still so good and I will be getting them again! The Sweet Potatoe Pie was smaller than I thought, idk why I was actually thinking a full pie lol, but nonetheless it was also very good and topped off the meal perfectly. You definitely gained a new customer in me!"

Absolutely incredible! The chicken is both juicy and crispy, while the green beans are perfectly seasoned—truly top-notch! The mac and cheese and yams were tasty as well, but the real highlights were definitely the chicken and green beans. Wow!

So impressed with the serving size. The Meatloaf was 4/5 Mac n cheese 5/5 black eyed peas 5/5 collard greens 4/5. Over all I think the place deserves a 5 and I got my food right before they were closing and the service was still good. Thank you! Ill be back

I ordered the Southern Tender Turkey Wings meal, but the dressing was spoiled and the black-eyed peas were burnt. The rice and gravy also seemed spoiled. The turkey wings were the only decent part of the meal, and I managed to eat a little of them, but I couldn't get past the smell of the dressing.

The meatloaf plate was quite delightful overall. The portion of meatloaf was generous, allowing for leftovers, and it was seasoned very well. The yams were sweet and tasty as well.
