This place used to be my favorite Italian restaurant, however now it’s near impossible to eat here with them being open 2 weeknights a week. Not only that, but now they don’t even sit parties larger than 4. It’s like they want to make it as hard as possible to eat here. Not sure if I’ll ever be able to return considering I live an hour away and have 5 in my family why all the stipulations???? Food: 5

It is located in a small town about 30 minutes from Lewisville. It's a converted store and is a local favorite. You order at the front counter, and then they serve you at your table. It is only open on Thursday and Friday from 5 to 8. It is better to arrive at 6 or later as the order line is much shorter. They only have one order taker, but she's friendly and works hard to keep the line moving. The menu is classic Italian; e.g. various pasta choices. They have a large, sharable chocolate eclair that is wonderful, so take some of your pasta home and indulge. View menu

The 100 year old wood floor is met nicely with red and white table cloths. We ordered our food and settled at our table without any issues. Honestly, I have nothing negative to say about the food—everything was absolutely delicious. We tried the kitchen chicken, the Bianca chicken pasta, and the special manicotti dish. We also got garlic bread, cheesy focaccia, and meatballs as an appetizer. The highlight of the meal was undoubtedly their family red sauce. I’m not usually a fan of red sauce, but I found myself pouring it over both of my chicken pasta dishes.
