"My family has frequented this restaurant (maybe 8) times both dining-in and carrying-out and the food and service have always been excellent. My 17 year old son eats the curry chicken and it has become his favorite dish and restaurant. My daughter and I usually get the chicken vegetable stir fry with Thai peanut sauce. I should probably try something else but this dish is soooo yummy! My husband, who can't eat gluten, eats the curries as well as they are all GF. If the owners read this review I have no doubt they'll know who left it as they remembered us and our order after we'd only been to their restaurant a couple of times. They are good people!!"

We tried the Sri Lankan lunch buffet. It was delicious. There are options for meat eaters as well as vegans. They list the spices they use on the back of the drink card at your table. Will definitely be back.

Had the buffet twice now. Very good food, may be a little spicy for some. But a nice variety of curries. Pork, eggplant, jackfruit to name a few. Just needs mango ice cream on the buffet and it would be perfect.

We have gotten carry out 3 times since I discovered KJ's last week. I love the Burrito Bowl and the Gumbo. The lunch special stir fries are tasty and affordable as well. We are looking forward to trying their Curry dishes very soon.

If you want to have tasty and spicy food give this place a shot. I did not know Sri Lankan food is spicy until I visited this place. The good thing is they have the option of brown rice with any curry. I even liked watalappan famous Sri Lankan dessert. View menu

Have been back many times since I posted this review. Going to enjoy a meal later today. I had the Louisiana Gumbo. It was very good. My wife and son enjoyed their meals very much. A perfect place to take a wife for a birthday meal. The service was great. The server and KJ are very friendly.

Their Sri-Lankan buffet is an interesting twist on the other Asian/Indian buffets you'll find around. Some curious and pretty tasty dishes, several of which had a nice level of spicy heat. If I had one real complaint, it would be the lack of chutneys/other sauces for the dishes that were, without them, a bit too dry.

KJs is a hidden gem a little farther out from West Towne mall. They have fabulously authentic Sri Lankan curries and if you want to sample lots of new food, go for the lunch buffet on Friday or Saturday. They are very friendly and willing to answer questions so ask away! A word of warning that the food is very spicy! It's the hottest medium in town. The chicken potato curry is an absolute favorite.
