"Waiting in the drive-thru line for over 25 minutes for just one drink is unbelievably unacceptable. The car in front of me was also waiting for that same amount of time, if not longer, as there was another car in front of them when I arrived. The employee at the window did not offer an apology. The management should address this issue and hire more staff if they are unable to fulfill orders in a timely manner. I was thinking of trying this restaurant for a full meal, but after this experience, I am hesitant to wait over 25 minutes again."

We had to wait an excessive amount of time for our breakfast and coffee at this restaurant. It took 30 minutes to get our hot brewed coffee and 45 minutes for our eggs, sausage, and croissant.

We had lunch and it was good. The restaurant was clean and had a cozy country vibe. Jailene waited on us and she was so friendly. I got a chicken salad croissant and if I'm being honest there was hardly any chicken salad on the croissant. But it was good and I will be back!

Although it took a little long for my tea and croissant, the staff was apologetic and friendly. I spent the time looking at the cute decor items for sale.The double baked chocolate croissant was amazing!There was lots of seating and plenty of parking. I enjoyed sitting outside. all I have to say is WOW! WOW! WOW! I came here on my lunch break from work twice in one week it was so good. the food quality is amazing. all of the staff has been over the top amazing. the second time I came in, they informed me later that they were out of what I had ordered. so immediately the general manager of the store comes out to let me know and told me they were giving me two free cookies. you don’t find service like this anymore. definitely recommend!!!

Can’t say enough good things about my breakfast at Kneaders, Avondale. We walked in and the inside was immaculate which is always a good start. We were served by Matthew who was really friendly and went through the breakfast options and recommendation. The food was served quickly by another friendly staff member and everything was delicious. The table was cleared as soon as we finished. Top rate service especially Matthew who I found out as I was leaving was the Duty manager. We will definitely be back soon.
