"I've been enjoying Korean cuisine for over a decade, and I must say this place is excellent. The quality is high, and the flavors are impressive. I ordered 육개장 (spicy beef soup) and 김밥 (Korean rice rolls), while my friend opted for a beef soup. She preferred the flavor of my dish, which was spicier, but hers had a generous amount of meat in the classic beef broth, which I find delicious. The portion sizes were great; we both took leftovers home, and the 반찬 (side dishes) were tasty as well."

Quick service. Good food. Smaller portions more on the expensive side. No significant issues.

Ordered the teriyaki chicken, everything was really delicious. The pickled golden beets were the star of the delicious variety of kimchi.

We ordered glass noodles, bulgogi fries and teriyaki chicken for dinner from Doordash. It arrived on time and was very good. Definitely recommend.

My spicy squid stir fry looked brown and old, veggies were very wilted. I normally don’t criticize but I lost my appetite. The whole order was horrible. Waste of $72!!! View menu

Ordered takeout. The Spicy Bulgogi had some really banging flavors. Loved it. Only suggestion would be to make an even spicier option and to give a little more for the price. I'll eat it again though for sure!

Thought I 'd try this place...never again. These places just want to TAKE MORE AND GIVE LESS! Bulgogi and four pot sticker like things. She didn 't tell me that I was going to get two included anyway...$19. So much for lunch specials.

Saw this place just driving by and went for lunch on a Saturday. We had the spicy chicken ramen and spicy pork ramen. It was delicious! Perfectly seasoned and big bowls (had to take some home). They are very friendly and the chef came out to ask how we liked it. We definitely recommend ??! View menu

Absolutely delicious! I really appreciated the extensive selection of appetizers as well. Having lived in South Korea for two years, I've become quite discerning about my food, and this place definitely met my expectations. I'll certainly be back! They also serve rice, but it hadn’t been brought to the table yet.

This review focuses solely on the boba drinks, as I haven't tried the food. Unfortunately, I found the boba drinks to be quite disappointing. I requested extra boba in mine, but it still came with less than what I consider a standard serving. My daughter ordered a regular serving and ended up with just seven boba balls. The drinks themselves tasted overly sweet, like candy, and were difficult to drink. Overall, they felt extremely overpriced considering the quality.

"Lackluster Beverage Experience Marred Our Anticipated Dining ExperienceReview:My girlfriend and I undertook a lengthy 12 hour journey from Dallas, Texas to Colorado Springs, lured by the prospect of convenience and a cherished indulgence. We specifically selected a hotel across from your restaurant, ensuring easy accessibility, as we planned to unwind over a few drinks and a shared dish while waiting for our room to become available.Recently diagnosed as a diabetic, I've had to forego my favorite drink, the Old Fashioned, for the past three months. The anticipation of enjoying this beloved cocktail once again was a highlight of our trip, making our visit to your restaurant especially significant.Upon our arrival, we found the Indian theme charming and enjoyed the quality of the shared dish we ordered. We were, however, disappointed to find that there were no available outlets to plug in my laptop, nor was there Wi Fi to aid our intent to get some work done. These issues were, unfortunately, precursors to our biggest letdown the beverage service. The Old Fashioned I ordered was a far cry from the classic blend of whiskey, sugar, water, and bitters traditionally garnished with an orange slice. Instead, I received a disappointingly small glass with a piece of ice, a lime, and a meager amount of whiskey. The steep $25 price for this drink, which was even higher than our food bill, added to our dismay. Moreover, an unexpected $6 charge for water further inflated our bill and our dissatisfaction. Our journey began with high spirits and anticipation, but our overall experience at your restaurant, marred by the poor quality of drinks, lack of basic facilities like Wi Fi and power outlets, and unfair pricing, fell woefully short of our expectations. We believe there's a significant opportunity for improvement in delivering value for money, upholding the integrity of classic cocktail recipes, and providing basic amenities to ensure a satisfactory dining experience."

"Wonderful Experience from the moment we walked in the door. The staff is OUTSTANDING, even the managers made sure our experience was a great one. We had the pleasure to sit in Chris section on a busy Friday evening. The attention to detail was very impressive. Chris recommended a great bourbon for me to have in my old fashion. Josh was assisting Chris all evening to ensure we had everything we needed. My husband had a great IPA to start and Chris helped him pick out a great Pinot Noir for dinner. The wine, beer and bourbon selection is top notch. We loved so many things on the menu we ordered several starters. My favorite was the bone marrow that comes with a great toast and herbs, it was fantastic! My husband had the Oysters which were a top quality from the northeast, he said the horseradish was the best he had ever had. He even order a little extra for his steak. I had a filet cooked Pittsburg Rare, which is a very hard way to cook it but the Chef did it perfectly! The peppercorn and blue cheese sauces were great additions to our steaks. The Brussels spouts, mushroom were our additional sides that just paired amazing with the steaks. The steaks come with Green Beans and Mashed Potatoes. Our date night was such a precious one and the environment in the restaurant made it a romantic one. This place was full of groups as well that looked to be having a great time. To add the cherry on top of the evening Chris recommended a Butter Cake dessert. We were both so full from our dinner but my sweet tooth decided to try it. Wow, it was outstanding! I'm a southern lady who loves her desserts. This cake was light but had a wonderful flavor to it. It had a glaze, strawberries and strawberry ice cream. I am not able to have a lot of dairy and the ice cream was very light as well. By far the best dessert I have had in a long while. My husband and I drove into Colorado Springs for a date night after a very long stressful work week. The staff, especially Chris and Josh made our evening exactly what we both needed. This will be an evening we both will cherish and we are so grateful for the wonderful experience. Thank you all at Cowboy Star!! This place is a pure Gem!"
