"If you 're thinking of takeout or delivery, don 't.Dine in, or just order from somewhere else because this place can 't make a to-go order to save its life when it comes to sandwiches.Ordered the chicken parm because it seemed popular by suggestions. I 'm sure the rest of it will be as mediocre as the beginning. What 's disappointing is 3 fold:1. Tons of fries, great, but so many in a paper bag that the soggy bag then created a nice soggy layer of fries on top that had to be scooped off. My advice, don 't use a plastic bag on top of a paper bag, it will always make the bag sweat and the fries wet. (The riddle helps! 2. Don 't wrap hot sandwiches with melted cheese in paper, you use foil with the slick side down/mirror side up. (yes, foil has two sides with two surface types Paper? That 's like wrapping, well paper, around a tube with glue on it. You 've now glued the paper and cheese together. Considering the sauce separates the two, guess what? (Answer pictured below 3. Get the order right? It was a chicken parm with extra steak. Didn 't even get extra anything...so...what gives? Enjoy stealing $4 from a first time customer I guess?Obviously not going to order takeout/delivery from here ever again, but I actually will do dine in some day just to get the food fresh and hopefully get the right order. Why? Because I 'd like to be fair at least in that way and give the cook/chef a fair chance as well. Even though, they 're partially to blame, unless there 's someone else that wraps the food post cooking.Anyhow, 1/5 Stars. Food is nothing special (due to everything above , seasoned, fries we paid extra for were bland. Sauce was good, good bread choice (didn 't get soggy oddly enough! , chicken was alright, and wish I could taste it with the cheese and steak but maybe next time..."

Cheese steak sub lacked meat and cheese. Employee attitude at the register was bad. Employees were not very clean and the bathroom was disgusting. Won't go there again.

Love Krukker...but his cheesesteak was less than what I expected. I lived in Phillie and I have had many cheesesteaks. This one was subpar. The meat was fine, not much cheese and the bun was a poor substitute for an Amoroso, but all do. I was hoping for better. View menu

I don’t recommend this place. The staff was nice and friendly. The place was nicely decorated and clean. Portion size is small and the prices for it is high. The quality of meat isn’t good too. My wife saw them using “steak ums” as the meat, and the bread was over done and hard.

I stopped by for lunch and ordered the classic cheesesteak with onions and cheese sauce. The flavor was exactly what I was hoping for—I really enjoy that gooey cheese and greasy steak combo. It's the perfect indulgent meal. The only reason I'm giving it four stars instead of five is because the sandwich was a bit on the smaller side. At $12, it felt a little pricey for its size. The restaurant's website is not functional! I've tried accessing it through three different web browsers, so it's definitely not on my end. When I click on the cheesesteak option, there's no way to scroll down to select toppings like cheese and onions. It drove me crazy three weeks ago, and after trying again today, I found that the problem still persists. I guess I'll be taking my business elsewhere! I can only wonder how many orders they're losing each day due to this issue. I even visited their corporate website and attempted to use the contact form, but it wouldn't open. It's incredibly frustrating! I've decided not to waste any more time on this.

The meal was quite pricey, costing over $20 for a sandwich, fries, and a drink. Unfortunately, the sandwich was too small and overly greasy, with a bun that was about the same size as a hot dog bun. They could easily improve the sandwich by using a larger bun to better hold the filling and absorb some of the grease. As for the fries, there were far too many; enough to serve 2-3 people. By the time I finished the sandwich, I still had more than half the fries left. It would be better if they offered a smaller portion for $3 instead of charging $5.25 for the full amount. The taste of the food was good, but nothing out of the ordinary. Additionally, the cook shouldn't use inappropriate language...
