"Party of four plus and infant on a Saturday night. Arrived at 6:15 with reservations. Not crowded. Nice ambience. Young lady that served us was great. Standard table chips with salsa. Ordered a bowl of queso which was good. Spouse ordered shrimp tacos on corn tortillas (GF) and was very happy. The others ordered chicken tacos (Tacos Pollo Asado) and Shrimp Fajitas and seemed happy with their meals. I ordered Pollo Sinaloa (grilled chicken with peppers) and was disappointed. The meal lacked any flavor and was dry. A cheese quesadilla ordered for the infant was quite good and she throughly enjoyed."

Delicious fresh guacamole. Crab and shrimp enchiladas were tasty, but not exceptional. Appreciate complimentary chips and salsa, as many restaurants charge for that these days. Service was extremely attentive and friendly.

Expansive menu with attentive service, good drinks, nice food presentation. A lot to like about this place. One of the few maybe the only place in the Triangle to offer Beef Milanesa, my personal favorite. I highly recommend La Carreta. Shrimp tacos are also tops.
