"We got used to visiting hole in the road restaurants due to COVID. We have found that Mexican/LatinX restaurants are less paranoid and masks are not widely required. This place is on a busy hwy where many others exist. I have to say, for the food and the service I think it 's too expensive. I can walk to Glory Days and receive a much better meal for 3/4 of the price. They severely mark up their alcohol which used to be the draw for these types of restaurants where English is optional. I would not recommend based on the price and the food. I ordered Fajitas and while the meat was good- the onions and peppers outweighed it 3 to 1."

The food was not the one we wait for. The waitress was lack of training and customer service was poor.

Amazing food and great customer service. I ordered Camarones Entomatados with chips and salsa as an appetizer. It was so good and cooked to perfection. I will be a returning customer. View menu

I visited during a less busy time, just after the typical lunch rush around 2:00 p.m. I ordered a steak and cheese, and I must say it was quite good, especially considering that it’s not their specialty!

I really love the pupusas at La Choza! I recently discovered this place, and it's so close to me. The pupusas and curtido are delicious, but the service could use improvement; they don’t even bother to say hello or thank you. View menu

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The food was Terrible. I went for lunch to order pupusas, arroz con leche, and flan. The pupusas had NO cheese or beans at all it was mainly just plain tortilla. They?re arroz con leche was basically a cup of milk, and they?re flan smelled horrible like wet dog. The only thing I actually liked was they?re horchata. The prices are also wayyy too high for the quality of their food. Definitely do not recommend this place to

This restaurant is supposed to be Salvadoran, but I was disappointed to not receive tortillas, a basic side for Salvadorans. It took over half an hour to receive my food, and when it finally arrived, the salad was old, missing lemon and avocado, and the beans were flavorless. I paid $72 for 1 soup and 2 carne asadas, with no sour cream provided on the side. Additionally, they charge for every refill, and if the bill is over $50, a tip is automatically added, even if the service did not meet expectations.
