"We sat at the bar because all tables were booked. The bartender is nice and knowledgeable. We had 2 appetizers; Fei mussels and green hummus, both were delicious( order bread if your having the mussels) For entre I had the NY strip with potatoes and asparagus; everything was perfectly cooked, to my personal taste the meat had a little bit too much salt. My husband had the duck breast with couscous, onions and carrots. The duck had a soft sweet taste, everything else was well cooked. And for dessert we ordered the peach Melba to share; it wasn’t a real peach Melba, it was 2 halves of peach with ice cream and almonds. A couple cocktails and wine and they were good too."

"Always very, very pleased with the food and the waitresses are lovely. Only four stars however because I was extremely disappointed by the hostess (specifically last night 06/05). I put my name in for two and was told about thirty minutes. It was super busy as usual, so I said we’d be waiting outside. We waited the time, sitting in chairs right out front of the restaurant and when the hostess popped her head out to call my name I whirled around and called out “oh, right here!” quite loudly. She didn’t wait or register what I said, but I was at the door and holding it open in seconds. I held the door for two people exiting with pizzas and stepped in less than a minute later from the initial name call to see two other people who arrived after us being seated at what was supposed to be our table. The hostess eventually came back over and while looking at me questioningly I said “you just called my name.” She barely apologized — and I do mean barely — with a toss of “oh sorry, another table should open up soon.” The look on her face very clearly expressed that she knew she should have given us a chance to walk in the door. Another 15 minutes went by before we sat, making for 45 minutes for a table for two because the hostess could not actually look around and/or wait a full minute for the waiting party. It left a very sour taste that was only salvaged by our absolutely delightful waitress (I wish I knew her name as we’ve gotten her every time and she’s always quick and attentive and sweet. She served us at the table just before the other dining room with the favorite seats plaque)."

"Table of 5 experienced extremely poor service. 5:30 pm reservation with only one table of 2 seated. We waited 1/2 hour to have our drink order placed. It was another 1/2 hour to place our dinner order. A long wait to have our food served with very few tables seated. At almost 2 hrs. I had to ask to have the table cleared and dessert order taken. We finished 2 1/2 hrs later. We only gave it a second try because it was where our friend wanted to dine. Sad."

"Meh. Maybe my expectations for this restaurant were a little too high, as I was a little disappointed in both my meal and the fact that they only use disposable cups utensils. For the high prices, I didn't expect the fast casual atmosphere and food quality. I was really disturbed about how many disposable cups/utensils were used at this very busy restaurant. It's so bad for our environment! The food was hit or miss for me. Although I didn't think my entree was amazing, I really enjoyed the shared appetizers. Shared Appetizers: Steamers $29): these were perfection. They came with clam broth and butter on the side for dipping. Delicious! I wish I ordered this as my main entree. Recommended! Mussels in Red Sauce $16.95): these were also delicious. We ate them ALL! Fried Calamari $16.95): pretty standard. Good but nothing special. Buffalo Chix Wings $13.95): very good. Came with a great blue cheese dipping sauce. My entree: Fluke Milanese $30.95): I found this dish kind of...boring. it was a very dry fried fluke in a panko crust which had absolutely no seasoning. Bland and boring, but it came with a good arugula salad on top. I can't speak about other's entrees but everyone seemed to enjoy their meal. My 9 yr old niece gave two thumbs up for her salmon teriyaki. Service and hospitality were friendly and efficient. This restaurant is very busy and does NOT accept reservations. Plenty of free parking available."

"Lost respect for this place after they screwed up my birthday dinner. We called up and they confirmed we had a table in the main dining room. When we arrived they told us they never said that they had a table for us in the main dining room. They offered us a table in the tavern or outside for the same prefix menu. We had 4 people in our party all attest to hearing them say no problem and the manager didn 't care. He claimed he trained his staff to never say no problem well I guess they just called my family a liar to my face. I will not be back again this summer. Thanks for ruining my night."
