"This was our first time eating at this restaurant. It was recommended to us by some other patrons during a wine tasting at a nearby winery. Food was great our waitress was nice. Love the avocado egg rolls! The start of the experience was less thanpleasant. We were polite told the hostess we were ok with waiting for a table since we didn?t have a reservation?-not aproblem for us. However, the manager was a nasty, waxen woman. She told our waitress to make we were served out within anhour as we were being seated. Really???!!!!!!! We took our time made sure she saw us eating very slowly. She made sure weweren?t offered any dinner rolls as she stomped around the restaurant. The ?apology? below from the manager is 100% false sotypical of people like her when they are called out for their ugly behavior ? happy dining!"

"Exactly what you hope a diner in a gas station to be! Excellent sandwiches and fries (and they were very generous with the seasoning when I asked for Old Bay on my fries, just the way I like it)! Cashier was very friendly and food was out quickly, but took long enough to know they were making it fresh! Will definitely remember this place if we're making the drive up to the Baltimore area again. Food: 5"

"The worst experience ever! I got sold gift cards that was a holiday gift card in April for Christmas and when I saw it was a holiday card and tried to get my money back the lady was rude and was like we can’t do that. I literally just bought 3 cards that the lady took out for me that was behind the counter that she knew was holiday cards and still sold them to me knowing it wasn’t anywhere near Christmas time. The lady that works there should be ashamed of herself to for doing that to a customer and than not even give there money back after telling her it’s for a baby shower. Never going back!"

"We called ahead to check on crab availability and decided to order a dozen large crabs, which we were told would be ready and delivered to our table when we arrived. The person on the phone also mentioned a special they had for $55, allowing us to enjoy all-you-can-eat medium crabs from 4-9 PM, which includes soup, hush puppies, and a few other items. Upon arrival, the restaurant was quite busy. We had to wait about three minutes before someone acknowledged us. The server informed us that he had just called our name and noted that we had a 6:00 PM reservation, despite the fact that we weren’t given a specific time when we made the call, and it was only 6:01 PM. He then told us to hold on while he prepared our table but went off to get paper to cover the table without indicating we should follow him. We hurried to catch up with him as he looked back. He seated us at a small two-top right by the door, a space that would soon prove inadequate for the dozen crabs we had ordered. After about six minutes, we finally saw our server again and requested menus so we could order more than just crabs. About ten minutes after we were seated, he brought out our hot crabs, but we still hadn't received menus. He then came back asking what we would like to drink, but each time, he hurried off before we could fully respond or ask for anything additional. We often had to flag him down as he attended to other tables to request items like napkins, drink refills, corn on the cob, and French fries. When the fries finally arrived, they were overcooked and burnt. We asked him to take them back, and he gave us an annoyed look. He returned ten minutes later with hush puppies, which we hadn't ordered, claiming they were a substitute for the fries. We do not like hush puppies and had never requested them. I'm not sure if this is the norm for service or if it has declined since they began offering the all-you-can-eat crabs. I also noticed that the waiter seemed more attentive to other tables. When the check arrived, the fries were still listed. I took the check to the counter where the waiter was standing, and he asked if there was an issue. When I pointed out the fries, he appeared surprised and removed them from the bill, but then pretended to misplace the pen that was literally right in front of him. He eventually located it and handed it to me with an eye roll. The receipt listed the server as "Cash S." We won't be dining here again. If we decide to have crabs in the future, we'll order them from J&T Seafood across the street and take them home. The crabs were decent but, as mentioned, they came from J&T Seafood. The restaurant itself was crowded and poorly arranged. There are definitely better places to enjoy crabs and seafood in Maryland. Save your time and money!"

"Not sure I really recommend this place at all. Apparently it 's okay for bullying to be tolerated here if you are one of the staff? I decided to get a quick dinner at the drive through around 6 last Sunday, after church.First ordering the food, the girl wasn 't listening to anything that was being said and kept getting the order wrong on the screen. Her microphone or something kept turning off and I felt like I heard her talk bad about me being picky. The girl was rude from the beginning and it didn 't fly with me at all. That 's not all either. When I finally got up to the window, she just didn 't say anything and just put her hand out for my card. I had cash and was counting out change .. she let out a huge sigh. Must have not wanted to wait an extra 10 seconds so I can count out 22 cents. I didn 't even take much time. She was just being ridiculous. Her name tag said her name was Lana or Laura. She had reddish hair and a bit heavierMy total was 24.22. I gave her 25.22. she didn 't even bother to count. I mentioned to her I 'm supposed to get $1 back and she argued with me and made me feel stupid. Than she took a dollar out and gave it to me.Than I went to the next window. The girl with blonde hair that gave me my food was really sweet. But than that girl from the previous window appeared and was demanding her to switch windows. The girl (said her name was Anastasia) with blonde hair said she was supposed to be assigned that window and was nicer than I would be. Well IN FRONT of me (a customer) she shoved her and hit her!!! Like hello??? How the heck is this ok?? She also called her a B , which was crazy. She didn 't say it loud but loud enough where I could hear it.The girl with red hair left and the girl with blonde hair I could tell was in pain. But I told her she needs to report that because that is not ok. That is assault!!I come here often and always hear this girl be rude and call people names. How and why do they keep someone that is highly abusive towards good workers? I hope they fire her honestly.I wanted to give it 5 stars for service because Anastasia was extremely kind but the girl ruined it for me"
