Delicious sandwiches and scones. The pastries are a bit sweeter than we like, but the service is outstanding. Mihaela is a fantastic host! We will definitely return!

I’d highly recommend the afternoon tea! Make sure you go when Micheala is there. I need to give her 10 out of 5 stars! It’s a great experience and we’re already booked to go back.

By far the experience was made memorable due to our amazing servers, Michaela and Dikta who went above and beyond to make the tea special for my Mother and me. The presentation (bird cage) was brilliant. The only thing missing was music/piano player which would have made the day perfect. View menu

This was my favorite experience of our trip! The food and presentation were all amazing! They surprised me with a birthday treat, and everything was exquisite in both taste and appearance. Michaela was exceptional as well. Initially, I thought the price may be a bit high, until I realized what all was included and how delightful the overall experience was. Wonderful!

After staying at several high-end hotels, including other St. Regis locations, I was disappointed with my experience during afternoon tea last week. While the tea service staff were very attentive and there was a good selection on the tea menu, the location within the hotel where tea is served is quite poor. We were seated in a lobby area opposite a busy bakery and near the entrance where guests frequently come and go from the pool area. This setting detracted from the serene atmosphere typically expected during afternoon tea, which many people enjoy for special occasions. I hope they reconsider either serving tea in their lounge (which doesn't open for bar service earlier in the day) or fin...

this tee was disappointing. the eating display and the setup were nice. the “restaurant” is located in the hotel lobby. the people who just arrived went in and out, stopped to watch our food while all the cases rolled around. it is unpleasant to eat while you are being observed and people go through pullovers and training clothes. the room that would be nice on a sunny day was so cold because of the weather outside. it was uncomfortable and our tee was halfway cold through the meal. a room with actual temperature control would be helpful and can be a warming plate for the tee. the eating was good, and the server were pleasant, but the service was slow- they were too busy making coffee etc.,...
