La Luna Mexican - Menu

I got a fried bean taco. The menu said the taco contained chorizo (meat). Absolutely no meat in the taco! Chili Verde is definitely on the spicy side. Wouldn't go back there.

I stopped visiting this restaurant because I ordered the debrised burrito and had it with a drink. What a surprise! There was plenty of pork, and it tasted fantastic! The smothered chili verde burrito is amazing.

The chips were decent, but the hot sauce was excessively spicy. I generally enjoy spicy food, but this was not pleasant at all. I've visited this restaurant before, and the staff were rude during those occasions as well, which left a bad impression on me. View menu

-Very good Mexican Food. -Servers were very nice -Place is nice -Fast Service, didn't have to wait for a table -But most importantly, you get what you pay for. I got ribs for $12.99 and got alot of food for that price. Other restraunts would only give you half of that for more money. Definitely would go again if I wanted Mexican food. Kind of a hidden gem ?

Came in for lunch time special and got charged evening rates. Ask for a full container of salsa, never got it. Waitress was in a hurry to turn tables not provide good service. I also asked for extra onions on my smothered burrito and I didn't get it sooverall the service was lousy and I was overcharged. The food was good but when the service is lousy it makes you not want tocome back.

Mexican food is one of my favorites and whether at home or traveling we will often choose a Mexican restaraunt. I have not found a better smothered burrito anywhere. I am always disappointed that they do not taste as good as La Luna's. We have beengoing to La Luna for 15+ years and have never been disappointed. One of my favorite things is the huge chunks of pork in thechili verde with cheese and onions. You will not be disappointed. Mexican cuisine is one of my favorites, and whether dining in or taking out, we frequently opt for a Mexican restaurant. I haven't found a burrito that compares to the ones at La Luna. Every time I try a burrito elsewhere, I'm left feeling disappointed because they don't match the quality of La Luna's. We've been regulars there for 15 years, and we've never been let down. One of my favorite menu items is the massive pig shed served with chili verde, cheese, and onions—it's simply fantastic. Everything on the menu is great, but their crushed burrito is truly what they're famous for. You definitely won't be disappointed!

Fantastic take-out experience! Ordered food and made special request which were followed perfectly. They gave me the estimated time to come pick-up and arrived exactly as declared, food was bagged and ready for check out! They follow Covid-19 safety precautions for guests entering their location. Staff and servers were all wearing masks and the guests at all tables looked satisfied. Lastly their food was prepared fresh and delicately placed in their take out containers. edit we?ve gone a few times since my original review and when we order takeout they AWAYS forget something so if you?re taking takeout MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR ORDER We were both super impressed with this place. We are used to going to La Puente/Frontera etc but this establishment WINS! The location is great, lots of parking it?s located in Jordan Landing. We ordered takeout as it was our first time. We ordered Mexican steak med rare sauce and guac on the side. The steak was tender, juicy and great size.
