"The outstanding service and delicious dishes at this Madeleine make it an excellent place to sample everything on the menu. When the food is this tasty, I can't resist enjoying every last bit. I relished each bite of the Quiche Florentine, Quiche Lorraine, and Chicken Madeleine; they were all perfectly made. Just the thought of them makes me want to go back for more. So, take my advice: visit this restaurant and indulge yourself until you're completely satisfied! (But really, don’t go too far!)"

Very pleasant. I go to this location now since the location on Westheimer which has gotten worst over time. Service here was awesome and the quality of the dishes are great.

This place is suitable for good coffee, bread, atmosphere and cleanliness. Kudos to the entire staff who works there, tireless to provide great customer service. Will definitely visit again. Food: 5/5

I ordered the strawberry Nutella crepes and what I got looks nothing like the picture. Definitely not worth the $8.99 I paid. The ice cream is melted and it has NO Nutella taste whatsoever. MAJOR FAIL. Maybe it'll taste better if ordered as a dine in item.

I ordered the strawberry Nutella crepes, but what I got looked nothing like the picture. It definitely wasn't worth the $8.99 I paid. The ice cream was melted, and there was no hint of Nutella flavor at all. It was a major disappointment. Maybe it would have tasted better if I had eaten it in the restaurant. View menu

Tomato Basil and cream of mushroom soups are my favorite. Tomato basil soup is a little sour and taste pretty good. their coffee is good, but it’s not my favorite. Pastries are bit too sweet for me, but this is personal choice, others might like to sweet ?. Overall have good experience and frequently going for having soup.

Food quality and service have declined significantly. Don't waste your time or money going here, very sad as it used to be a great place. I have a cappuccino that was weak and still burned. It took 20 minutes until it arrived and the restaurant was not busy. There were four people working on the front where the espresso is made....

I ordered 2 soups and 2 turkey and cheese croissant. The soups were great! The sandwiches?. Not so much. We received turkey and cheddar on a croissant no tomato, spring mix or any condiment. I thought La Madeleine was better then this but?. Notimpressed at all. Not going back if they can?t even offer a decent sandwich and follow through with the order description. View menu

I really love the tomato basil and cream of mushroom soups at this restaurant. The tomato basil soup has a nice tang that I find very enjoyable. Their coffee is good, though it's not my favorite. The pastries are a bit too sweet for my taste, but that’s just my personal preference; others might like them more. Overall, I've had a great experience and often return for the soup.

Went with my family for dinner on 7/13/22 my coffee was cold. I asked the manager for a fresh cup. ? she tells the she will be able to warm it up in the microwave ? I told her that I don?t my coffee microwaved instead she uses the steamer from theexpresso machine to heat my coffee. I had also gotten a strawberry napoleon. After a few bites I noticed something weird in mydessert. It looked like a piece of bacon. A/C wasn?t work . Quality of food and service was terrible! My last visit!

"Food good. Location good. Service good. BUT, the hidden charges REALLY ruined an otherwise nice experience. Example: HH menu lists Martinis as a $3 upcharge to the $7 base charge. Fair enough. Bombay is a listed alcohol; requested. When the bill was returned I was charged for a Bombay Sapphire which is not on the HH list. Charge? $11 $3. I asked for Bombay, not Bombay Sapphire. Waiter: Oh, let me look into that. AND, by the way Blue Cheese olives? Extra $1. REALLY? I 've NEVER paid extra for BC olives ANYWHERE. AND the confusing menus that a dish as including an extra sauce, [and I don 't recall the exact language but it made it seem that an additional items could be selected as well. Oops, there goes an extra $10.95. AND, the waiter recommending a twice-baked potato. Bah, boom, another $5.95. [which in fairness is disclosed on the menu in a different location, but waiter made it sound as if it was a no-charge option on the surf and turf. AND the split plate charge which I don 't think was disclosed on the menu. Ding, ding, extra $3.00. Was this a waiter, who was overly up-selling or restaurant deception? Don 't know. As I said, the food WAS good. AND, the ambience [at least in the bar area, stay away of the hotel-ballroom-like main dining area was nice. Just beware the nickel and dime charges that the waiter won 't be disclosing to you."
