"I've dined at this restaurant many times, but this was by far the worst service I've ever experienced. We waited over an hour for our lunch, and only after inquiring about it did we find out what was going on. When the food finally arrived, it was cold. Other patrons around us were waiting just as long, if not longer. While they did offer a complimentary beverage or dessert as an apology, that doesn't compensate for the delay that made us late for our next appointment, nor does it make up for the cold entrees—mine actually arrived ten minutes before my guest's meal. I understand that busy times like the lunch rush can lead to delays, but we arrived at 11:45, well before the rush started, and still had to ask about our meals at 1 PM. That’s simply unacceptable! You may have lost a loyal customer at this location, which is the only one in my town."

This is an excellent fast-casual French restaurant. The service is exceptional, the environment is always clean, and the food is consistently fresh. I highly recommend the chicken salad. The kids' meals are generously sized and come with a vegetable pouch and a non-soda beverage. Overall, I rate the food a perfect 5/5.

They have an excellent chocolate torte, but their prices have become quite unreasonable lately. I still enjoy treating myself to it occasionally, but it's definitely too expensive for a slice of cake. Their pastries are just alright, and the coffee is average at best. I’m updating my review and lowering my rating to three stars. The coffee is still not good, and I was really taken aback by the quality of the madeleine they served me.

I ordered a large fruit tart online for pickup at 4 PM to celebrate my mother's birthday. However, when we arrived to collect it, I was informed that they had sold the last one, even though I had pre-paid to avoid this issue. Instead, they offered us six individual tarts, but I was really disappointed not to receive the large one I had originally ordered. We even attempted to pick up the order early around 1 PM, but were told we would have to wait up to 20 minutes before our scheduled time. Since they had confirmed our order well in advance, it would have been helpful if someone had reached out to notify me, so I could have canceled the order or at least requested another tart be made for us...
