"My friend and I decided to give the restaurant a try. We went on a weekday at about 1:00 The outdoor waterfall was nice and gave us high hopes the food would be good. We were greeted by an elderly gentleman who was quite friendly. The atmosphere was Hispanic, with bold colors of blue, yellow, red, and green. Traditional Mexican artwork on the walls. Brick-colored tiled floor. There were a few tables occupied by construction men. I ordered an Asada taco bowl. My friend ordered chili Verde. My bowl lacked seasoning. Seriously, it was like the chef forgot to add any spice at all! My friend said the chili Verde was ok, but wouldn't order it again. At the end of our meal, I needed to use the restroom. I walked into the women's room took one look and almost gagged. I hurried back to the table, paid our bill, and left. We both left a good tip as the waiter was great. Don't think I'll be back."

Went for the lunch buffet the food was terrible and server ignored us didn't even give up napkins. After we were done the price on sign out front was $9.99 but they charged $11.99 and didn't let you know your soft drinks were not part of the buffet. Horrible experience will never eat there again

The food was tasty, and the portion sizes were reasonable. Prices were typical for a cantina-style restaurant. The booths were located toward the back, providing a bit more privacy than usual. The service was outstanding; we didn't have to wait long to get our server's attention. They also offer a buffet at specific times, which we unfortunately missed, but it looked appealing.

La Mina Cantina has the best food! I usually order through Instacart, but this time I was out and about, so I decided to drive to the restaurant to pick up a to-go order. The restaurant itself is lovely, and the staff was super friendly. I didn't have to wait long at all. I ordered the three-plate combo, which included a shredded beef taco that I love, along with a cheese enchilada and chili relleno. I judge my Mexican restaurants through their chili Rellenos, beans, chips and salsa and La Mina achieved an A on all above. I had her lunch buffet $9.99. Little buffet, but everything was delicious. Today, the buffet includes rice, beans, enchiladas, chicken skins, chili rellenos (yum! , tortillas, bbq ribs and menudo with all fixations and some fresh fruits and pudding. The iced tea was in a huge Mason glass and if you ask, they will bring you chips and salsa. Perfect lunch?

This used to be our go to place to have drinks and appetizers but never again will we ever go. Since Isreal left the service is HORRIBLE. Our server didn't know anything about the restaurant she said we could only get the buffet when the buffet was already over. We waited over an hour just for our drinks and appetizer. Then had to wait another 40 mins for entree. We were sitting in the bar and there was only 1 other table there that had already been served so there were no excuses. There was no bartender.
