"Placed an online order and went through the drive thru to pick it up. I had ordered two combos including a side salad. When I got home, I discovered they did not include the side salad. I drove back to restaurant and waited at least another 20 minutes to get the salad. When I called and told manager what happened and asked to have a portion of my order refunded because it would be cold by the time I got back home to eat it, the manager Sara/Sarah said I would have to bring the order back to get any kind of refund. I wasn’t asking for a full refund- just a portion to make up for having to make a second trip to the restaurant and wait in line for a second time. She did not offer to make anything right. She obviously didn’t care. I know it’s not their fault that I wasn’t dressed to go inside, but it is their fault that my order wasn’t given to me in its entirety. They are supposed to do it right the first time. I honestly thought Chick-fil-A cared more about their customer service than they showed tonight."

"This restaurant is always my go-to spot for a delicious meal. Every time I visit, I am amazed by the food and service. The fast food here has been the best for years. I hope they continue to provide amazing food and service. The take-out service is great for grabbing a quick lunch, and the prices are reasonable at $10-20 per person. The atmosphere is also perfect, with a rating of 5. I highly recommend trying the Chick-Fil-A Waffle Potato Fries, Sauce, Ice Dream Cone, Grilled Nuggets, Spicy Chicken Sandwich, 30 Count Chicken Nuggets, Mint Shake, and Waffle Fries. There is plenty of parking available in the free parking lot."

"I had heard great things about the Chicken Fried Chicken platter, so I decided to stop by and give it a try. I was definitely not disappointed! The chicken breast was enormous, barely fitting on the plate. It had a crunchy exterior while being soft, juicy, and perfectly cooked on the inside. We also ordered a Caldo de Pollo, and the bowl was massive! The soup was flavorful, and I loved how they kept the rice and chicken separate from the broth, allowing for plenty of room for vegetables. To finish off our lunch, we shared a slice of pumpkin cake from their dessert selection. This cake is a family favorite—it's a moist pumpkin-carrot cake topped with rich cream cheese frosting."

"This has to be the best meal I've ever had. The eggs were cooked to perfection, and the French toast was delightful. I couldn’t have asked for better quality or value. It was a perfect brunch. Now, 11 months later, it’s still just as amazing. This time, we tried the bread pudding and the pumpkin ice for dessert. The bread pudding is even more comforting than the bread itself, and the ice cream strikes a perfect balance between sweet and rich."
