"This place has open kitchen concept which I loved with a lot of windows for sunlight. Staff is very friendly, I thought I soup was great and liked my main dish, but I did think chicken was bit dry. Thing that's different about this place is that you decide the price of your food, and its an none profit. So you can pay only whatever you can afford, whatever you think it cost and if you can spare little extra. I really love the concept of this restaurant SO much, and didn't know until I was paying that there was some homeless people eating around us. I will support this however I can."

"I'm not a big coffee drinker, any more than dunkin or Starbucks, so I was a little intimidated by the menu. But the staff here is ammmmazzing. They know the drinks inside and out, can explain all the flavors, gives suggestions base on what you like/dislike. Super friendly and helpful with people walking in and not knowing what they are looking for/at. I chose a seasonal cold brew drink (Blue Man Brew). 5 out of 5 for sure. I could taste every ingredient/highlight. Notes of blueberry. Oat milk. Etc. Super smooth. Not overly sugary or heavy. My date got one of the drip options and loved it. The atmosphere is perfect for just about everything you would want to do at a coffee shop. Sit by yourself and study. Bring a friend/date for an intimate 1 on 1. Definitely a spot I would visit again. A designer cocktail take on coffee without the bougie vibe that you would expect to come with it."

"How many places do you visit where you actually want to know their names? This is that place… and I’m terrible with names. From alex, Olivia , alissa, toby, Carolyn, Josey … and i know I’m forgetting a lot , but all great folks. Drinks and food always great, even impresses my coffee snob friends. Nice relaxed spot to hang out /or work, definitely worth bypassing that ‘bucks and supporting a local business. They have one in grapevine that’s great, too."

"My fiance and I are very frequent flyers and never normally have anything bad to say about Blue Sushi and ALWAYS recommend it to others but last night our dinner was just not it! We have been to this restaurant on VERY busy days and last night they were surprisingly slow and we managed to get awful service. We waited probably 20 minutes for our drinks that I watched sit at the bar that whole time and asked for our appetizer to be cancelled as our sushi came before our appetizer. We politely asked our server to cancel it in which she made it seem like our fault and in inconvenience to her by saying “well let me see if I can catch it first”… she ended up bringing it to the table and saying that she would take it off the tab, in which she did. Lastly, there was a creepy crawly bug on our SUSHI BOAT. Never ever has this happened to us here but it completely ruined our evening where we were attempting to celebrating a big accomplishment. We are more than willing to be patient if the establishment is busy or if our waiter/waitress is new because we completely understand the learning phase but our waitress stopped by only maybe two times and was not pleasant… on a slow night! We love this place and will eventually be back but it may be a while. We left very upset."

"we made the pacific table for the first time after the complete vaccination against Covid-19. it is one of our favorite restaurants of fort worth, since we discovered it years ago. the food and the service was as wonderful as we remembered. we asked for seats in the open and received a table next to a very large, energetic party. her party was friendly, but we don't want to scream together in the conversation. it was however a small inconvenience in comparison to celebrate again for a delicious meal."
