La Paloma - Menu

Every entree is good. Service is warm and friendly. Ambiance is good considering it's in Missouri. I'm a frequent customer. The drinks are Fire, they do not disappoint!

The service was excellent and the food was good. The service was quicker this time around. The salsa was a bit mild for my liking, but I enjoy very spicy food. This was our second visit and we would definitely return.

I visited this restaurant for the first time, and it was a fantastic experience. Delia provided excellent service, and the food not only looked amazing but also tasted incredible. My husband and I enjoyed our meals so much that we didn't feel the need to add anything to them. The flavors of the dishes worked perfectly together. Food: 5/5.

La Paloma is the best restaurant in Springfield! They serve fresh, authentic food that is not only packed with flavor but also affordable. Each dish is clearly made with care and the sangrias are a must-try. The only difficult part is deciding which delicious meal to choose. The restaurant is clean, beautifully decorated, and the staff is lovely. Thank you, La Paloma, for a fantastic meal with my daughter.

My husband and I enjoy visiting this restaurant for their margaritas and guacamole. They offer an extensive drink menu, and the guacamole is made fresh to order. We’ve tried various dishes for both lunch and dinner, and while the food is decent, it’s pretty average overall. Unfortunately, there isn’t much on the menu that’s particularly spicy, and we love a bit of heat in our meals. However, the drinks are fantastic! Food rating: 3/5. View menu

My Family and I had the Fajitas for 2, shrimp tacos and elote/corn soup. They did give us chips and salsa to start off with, not pictured. Our Waiter was not attentive, he didn't ask us how the food was and we had to ask more than once if not twice for salsa, napkins and drinks refill. The food was decent, where you can find it anywhere. The best tasting item we had per my Husband's opinion, was the elote/corn soup. Note: No Menudo on the menu. Would we return again? Most likely not. But definitely try it for yourself, your experience may be different from ours.

Been here twice and ive been disappointed each time. The quality of food for the price you pay is really really bad. Rice and beans are definitely bland. It comes in a bowl shaped scoop and there's not even any seasoning on it.Even the specials are 15$ and up and the portions are very small. That's not acceptable when the quality of the food is that subpar.Kids meals are 8.50$ and don't even include the drink and that's for Mac and cheese, chicken fingers, one taco, etc. The chicken fingers one of my sons got was the quality of McDonald's chicken nuggets. Just unacceptable at this price.Avoid this place.

As Tina Turner sang, “Simply the Best,” so was this restaurant! In Sunday Lunch with Mom fashion, I ordered the Tacos de Pescado La Paz (fish tacos) and mom had the Vegetable Quesadilla. This restaurant understands that you eat first with your eyes and the plating was exceptional! Rarely, if ever, can I say that the food looks like the pictures on the menu, but all plates I saw at our and surrounding tables were exquisite.The taste matched the plating in that it was outrageously good! The swai fried fish was perfectly crispy and warm in my tacos!Our server was also probably the best server I’ve had in awhile.
