"This used to be my favorite breakfast spot in the neighborhood. While the food is still excellent, they no longer offer dine-in service since opening their second location. I'm not sure why that is. At first, it was due to construction in the building, but that has been completed for a while, and they still don't have dine-in options. When I asked about it, it sounded like they didn't plan to bring it back, which is disappointing because breakfast is the one meal I really enjoy eating out rather than getting takeout. That said, their waffles are amazing, especially when loaded with fruit, and their breakfast burritos are fantastic too. The prices are also quite reasonable."

Ordered breakfast burrito (added chicken sausage) and regular coffee. Burrito was ok. Coffee was good. Received food quickly. Street parking can be difficult. Took out a star for not being able to pay with Samsung Pay.Food: 4/5 View menu

Love LA Prime Caffe! I have tried the waffles, avocado toast, chicken sandwich and many of their drinks. Everything has always tasted amazing and very fresh. The only complaint is the seating. It's can get very busy and there aren't enough tables and chairs to accommodate how busy it gets.

The guys that run place are so hospitable friendly. the food was great and the price point was definitely there. We loved the food the service and will definitely be back. There is fresh squeezed orange juice, fresh coffee, and a great option of food. There's vegan vegetarian options as well. View menu

LA Prime serves the best tea lattes I’ve ever tasted. My personal favorite is the Thai Tea latte made with oat milk. Don’t overlook the spicy chicken sandwich, featuring grilled chicken, cheese, spicy mayo, and jalapeños, with the option to add avocado. This fantastic takeout spot is definitely worth a visit—you won’t regret it! Food: 5/5

We had to get my passport done and came here to grab something quick. We also wanted breakfast and this little spot came up. We had the French toast with Nutella, the avocado toast, and burritos. The French toast was amazing! Actually everything was good. After we ordered we got our food pretty quickly. The only thing we would of liked better were the potatoes to be cooked more. I don't know about everyone else but I don't like Al dente potatoes. There was construction going on so it was pretty dusty and loud but it wasn't the cafe. We would definitely come back here. And recommend it.
