Lake View Deli And Bakery

Lakeview Deli is our go-to spot. We visit at least once a week to pick up our favorite dishes. The food is always of exceptional quality and the service is top-notch! The staff works tirelessly and they are consistently friendly and professional, even during busy times.

This place is special--they raise the bar on sandwiches and the staff is always kind, regardless of how busy it is in there. The topping options are great--sprouts, spinach artichoke spread, thinly sliced pickles. . . And the craft beer game is on point too. We can't visit the area without stopping through.

Food is always incredible here tons of options. They also offer gluten free bread for our gluten free friends (allergy and preference options). Wait times can be a bit high on the weekends so make sure you call ahead to place an order, but I promise it is well worth the wait! We look forward to coming here every year! View menu

I had the Reuben sandwich and it was excellent, as was the potato salad. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because the wait time was over 20 minutes and there was no one there when we arrived. My feet were already sore and I didn't want to have to stand on the sidewalk in the sun with a bad knee and foot. However, the saving grace was that the food was delicious and the prices were reasonable. I will definitely be back to try another sandwich.

I initially found the prices a bit high, but I was eager to try the food due to the great reviews. I was pleasantly surprised when the dishes arrived - the portions were generous and the flavors were outstanding. The ziti with sausage and meatballs was massive, and the Mediterranean chicken with orzo was delicious. My wife and I each had two meals worth of food, so we definitely felt like we got our money's worth. We will definitely be returning in the future.

This place was bustling! There is a small parking lot and a few street parking spaces. Due to COVID, they are taking orders at the outdoor window. They offer a variety of sandwiches, soups, and sides. My order took about 5-10 minutes to be ready. While waiting, I noticed several people picking up phone orders. I decided to try the 12-inch chicken salad sub next time, and it was amazing. The bread was incredibly fresh. The limited interaction with employees was pleasant. Lakeview Catering offers a truly exceptional experience. The food and service were outstanding. I recently hosted an event in Saranac and guests came from various locations across the country. Everyone was highly impressed with Lakeview. They even brought in an amazing bartender for our event. Some guests were from NYC and were used to top-notch cocktails, but they couldn't stop praising the bartender provided by Lakeview. We are already planning our next event in Saranac and can't wait to collaborate with Lakeview once again!

This place was BUSY! There is a small parking lot and a bunch of street parking. Due to COVID they take your order at the outside window. They have a wide variety of sandwich, soup and side options. It took about 5-10 minutes to get my order. While I was waiting several people came and picked up a phone order (which I will do next time! I had a 12' chicken salad sub, and WOW it was amazing. The bread was super fresh as we're all the insides!! The limited staff interaction I had was good! Will definitely make this my go to stop after a hike!!
