"I went here 09/29/22 loved it! I had a seat out on the patio. It overlooked the docks and the water. The waitress was one of the best I have ever had. The food was nice, the staff was nice. I also came with my boyfriend and that is always a test of the environment because you never know if somewhere in TN will conduct themselves in a homophobic manner. This place seemed open and welcome. It is great and I will definitely come back during future Chattanooga trips."

Went for brunch. Steak and eggs were good, but the crab omelet was awful. It was more like a rubbery quiche and was almost burned but only lukewarm.

This place is a gem. It's right by my mom's place and we love enjoying exceptional culinary experiences in a laid-back setting with a gorgeous view. It's one of my favorite places to meet up with friends when I'm in town.

The service is terrific and the food is even better. Highly recommended. If someone asked me what my favorite restaurants in the area are I wouldn't need to think. They're Lakeshore Grill, El Metate and Off The Grill with the great Chef Q. View menu

I have been here twice now and the food is delicious, the service great, a bit of a wait but well worth it, and the setting and scenery is a feast for your eyes while waiting. You can walk out on the dock and enjoy a nice sunset there. I would highly reccomend dining here. The shrimp and grits are delicious.

If you are ever in the Chattanooga area and looking for a good meal, let me suggest Lakeshore grill! Lo key spot, but food was good! We had a couple of fish entrees, appetizers (calamari, artichoke dip), and steak! Service was just a tad bit off but could have been having a flukey day (left us waiting on an answer about the window covering, forgot our silverware and a side, but all in all we had a great experience. I'll have to try again when in town!

"The good: they have items labeled as “vegan option available.” The bad: After having our table given away mistakenly to someone who just walked in without waiting, we endured a pretty chaotic dining experience. While vegan options are marked, there is no actual description of what this option entails, and don’t count on the wait staff to know. Also, I ordered the protein breakfast bowl vegan option, which replaced the eggs with tofu scramble, but someone still threw feta all over it. I had to wait for mine to be fixed while my husband ate his breakfast, and when it arrived, it was still an odd bowl of too much raw kale, tofu, avocado, and a scant offering of grains. It wasn’t exactly the hearty breakfast for which I had hoped after waiting over an hour to eat. When I tried to flag someone down for sourdough bread on the side (to fill me up , I just couldn’t get anyone to come over. It turned out to be a pretty stressful experience and not the enjoyable brunch for which I had hoped. I will say that they have plenty of plant milk options available, and the oat milk latte was good. I’d recommend going when things are less hectic so maybe the service would be better. The manager (without me asking! did give me the dish for free, which was super cool, but I wouldn’t order this again. I got a coffee to go, and they gave me a cup without a fitted lid so I spilled coffee all over me before my four-hour ride back home. Lovely. It was kind of a comically bad experience all the way around, but I’m giving three stars instead of two because the manager was just so nice. I hope they work out the quirks because the restaurant environment is lovely. Updated from previous review on 2022-02-20"
