"I decided to try their number 1 dish. I've dined here multiple times thanks to a coworker who often orders from this place. The breakfast is quite tasty, but there's a major drawback—everything is surprisingly small. I felt a bit cheated. I went for lunch with a friend, and what we received for just under $30 was downright laughable. I strongly advise against ordering the half sandwich, or really any sandwich, unless you want to be disappointed by the portion size. If you're on a diet, this might be the perfect spot for you! My half sandwich was so small it looked like a standard store-bought slice of bread folded in half with barely any filling. My friend's whole sandwich wasn't much bigger. I can't give it a two-star rating, though, because in today's world, we should be getting our money's worth. With prices as they are, it's only fair to expect appropriately sized portions in return."

The sandwich was disappointing. The bread was hard and dry with no flavor, and there was only a small piece of meat that also lacked taste. Overall, it was completely flavorless. Food rating: 1/5. View menu

my first time here for lunch (they have what looks like nice options for breakfast too). VERY friendly people, great service and great sandwiches. Nice seating area inside as well as outside. I'll be back for sure!!!

I just found this spot today and I was really happy with the prices! It's a charming little café with friendly staff and fast service. I ordered the breakfast sandwich and a strawberry banana smoothie. The smoothie was unbelievably delicious, and the sandwich was both tasty and satisfying. I will definitely be coming back more often!

Such a wonderful and affordable cafe! Sitting outside feels so peaceful with the little fountain next to the dining area and their sandwiches and coffee are delicious. My family and I enjoyed eating here for lunch with our dog too. Glad they allowed us to bring our dog as long as she was on leash and next to us at all times outside. Glad we came across this little cafe! View menu

This place has a nice vibe, but it's definitely overpriced for what you get. I've given it several chances, but each time I leave feeling really disappointed. I consistently spend nearly $15 for just a simple sandwich and a drink. I finally decided to try their weekly lunch special, but honestly, it felt like I was making my own tacos. I asked to switch my drink for a smoothie, and although I was told I would get a discount, I still ended up paying the regular $15 for lunch. The cheese was subpar, and I left feeling frustrated. I ended up going somewhere else and got some real tacos for just $7.60, which were so much better!

I'd like to start by discussing the price in relation to what you actually receive. I ordered a combo that included a half sandwich, a cup of soup, and a drink, but it felt more like a kid's meal. The portion reminded me of getting just a few chicken nuggets and a small handful of fries (and that's being generous). Honestly, even hospital food would have been more satisfying than what I had here. The sandwich was about the size of half a soda can—basically just a bite and a half! All of this for $10? I feel like I deserve a refund for my time and experience. The soup was bland and lacked any flavor, making it not worth it at all. I'd rather stick to hospital diet food!

"We wanted to try Zov's Bistro and found this restaurant next to it and packed of people. I smelled all the delicious food and was surprised that yelp never recommended this restaurant in Tustin. We ended up changing our mind to give it a try since I have never tried Malaysia cuisine and love trying something new. We ordered calamari, crab rangoon, and a cup of hot and sour soup as appetizers. It was the best fried calamari we ever had, super flavorful and crispy good quality calamari. It was not over breaded or double fried like a lot of fried calamari from other restaurants. Also the best fresh hot and sour soup I have ever had, the peppers the egg and the vinegar just exactly the right portion. The rangoons were basic with fake crab, but a good portion at a great price. For entrees, we ordered Beef Rendang and the seafood clay pot curry with coconut rice chiken rice. You can choose normal steam rice, brown rice, coconut rice and chicken rice. OMG, the coconut rice is like a dessert, smell delicious and it is such a great taste. Seafood clay pot is sooooooo good with fish, scallop, tofu, bunch of veggies and eggplant all in a spicy and savory broth. The beef rendang is soft, flavorful, and great quality. The curry spices used perfectly complimented the meat without overpowering it. It you want to try extremely good Malaysia food!! Definitely give this place a try."
