"1. **Atmosphere**: This cozy and tidy local gem features a unique Thai-inspired decor, with an abundance of yellow and gold colors. The dining chairs and booths are quite comfortable, creating a pleasant environment for your meal. 2. **Service**: The receptionist was incredibly friendly and greeted us with a big smile. However, our server seemed a bit cold and distracted. For some reason, she didn't make us feel very welcome, and it felt like something was on her mind. 3. **Food**: We started with salmon carpaccio, fresh oysters, and crispy chicken wings as appetizers, followed by Panang duck and lobster for our main courses. Everything was outstanding, particularly the oysters and lobster, which were exceptional."

Food was AMAZING! We went the day before Valentine's day super bowl Sunday) and it was nice and quiet. Service was attentive and nice. Crispy duck panang was sooo good, so was the eggplant dish. Thai tapas does fit the dining experience here. Whenever we are back in Vegas there will definitely be a stop here. Thank you!

Cozy Thai 'tappas-style ' restaurant on Spring mountain. Nice wine selection, small plates and entrees. The restaurant itself had a nice feel to it and the staff was very friendly. We ordered a fried pork bell and shrimp cake appetizers. They were ok. The Pad Sew Awe and Drunken Noodles were great. Tried steak and the crispy duck toppings. First time ordering Thai food that there was real and good proteins. Would go back to try more menu items. Great for a date spot.

Lamaii is excellent—there’s simply no better way to put it. The ambiance is refined, giving the impression that you’ve stepped into a fine dining establishment, especially with the wine rack that greets you at the entrance. Each dish is expertly balanced and bursting with flavor. I highly recommend the pad Thai; it’s a fantastic blend of ingredients. I would suggest skipping the cocktails and focusing on the food, as that is undoubtedly their standout feature. This is a perfect spot for an Asian dinner date.

Lamaii is an amazing Thai Restaurant. I ordered the Panang Curry with duck and chicken Pad Thai, both dishes were incredible. I usually don’t enjoy duck but this duck was cooked perfectly, and the Panang Curry sauce had the perfect balance of spice, savory and slightly sweet. I’m very particular when it comes to Pad Thai, and the Pad That at Lamaii definitely met my expectations and tasted delicious. The service and staff were very prompt and friendly, I arrived close to closing time but did not feel rushed; I was given top-notch service. I highly recommend this restaurant if you enjoy Thai food. We ordered several dishes: - Thai iced tea, which was amazing at $5. - Chicken pad see ew, which was tasty for $15. - Stir-fried crispy catfish—although I ordered it mild, it turned out to be extremely spicy. I usually can handle heat, but this was too much for me. I asked if they could add coconut milk like in panang curry, and they kindly obliged. This dish was $17. - Raw oysters were a bit disappointing; they lacked chili lime and had only fried shallots, costing $22. - Mango sticky rice was fantastic at $15. - I was surprised that they charged $2.50 for steamed rice. With the 8.4% tax, our total came to $84, and with a $12 tip, we ended up at $92.

"Entry: We entered Oscar's via the front entrance of The Plaza at the West end of Fremont Street. Off to the left near the entrance is the escalator that leads you to their second floor. When we entered we were immediately greeted and seated by a friendly hostess. We requested a table with a view and she definitely obliged. Atmosphere:The ambience at Oscar's is about as good as you can get in downtown Las Vegas. Centered in a large and beautifully tinted glass dome you get panoramic views of downtown LV and even the sky. Service:The service was a spectacular star experience with our waiter. Our water and drinks were never empty. He was attentive, professional and friendly. Food Drink:The food was very good but not quite up to star. The Chilean Sea Bass was the full fish with skin which is quite different than how most steakhouses prepare just a single filet. It was supposed to be deboned however we found bones while eating. The skin on the filet should be crispy throughout but was only so around the edges. Definitely overpriced for the quality of this meal. The salmon was decent but not amazing. Overcooked just a smidge and not seasoned very well. So pretty much tasted like any other salmon you might expect from a or star restaurant. The filet mignon was decent but probably not even in my top The cut was more fatty than what you would expect from a high end steakhouse and not marbleized. I ordered it medium, and as many steakhouse chefs struggle with cooking a filet properly it was cooked to order on the edges and pretty much completely rare on the inside. The grilled asparagus was likely the high point of the dinner. Was cooked to perfection and tender in the middle, crispy on the edges. The creamed spinach wasn't great. The spinach was undercooked and affected the smooth consistency that you should expect from a good cream spinach.Overall:Definitely worth trying for the experience but don't set your bar too high"
