"Betty's Kitchen is a small local restaurant located in Randleman, NC. On this occasion I decided to treat myself to a delicious filling breakfast because I had successfully completed an important mile stone goal concerning my property. I ordered a Ham Cheese omelet with 1 hotcake (their hotcakes are very large) coffee. The waitress are always very friendly I received my order in about 10 minutes which was good as they were very busy. I've always found it pleasant, while waiting for my order to arrive, to observe the interactions of the many local patrons, as they all know eachother . My food arrived was delicious as usual. The waitresses were very attentive kept my coffee topped off. The only down side on this visit is that the $18 price tip, has almost doubled since my last visit which is understandable under these inflationary times. I still recommend eating here."

"I visited this restaurant on Pi Day for some pizza and had a rather disappointing experience. Upon entering, we took a seat in a booth, only to notice that there was just one waitress working on such a busy day—definitely a red flag. She took our drink orders and our food order promptly, but unfortunately, that was the last we saw of her. We had to go to the counter for drink refills, and although someone brought out our pizza, they forgot our extra marinara. No one came back to check on us or ask if we needed anything, and to make matters worse, they tried to charge us for items we never received. To add to the chaos, the lone waitress was clearly overwhelmed, working diligently while the managers just stood in the back, seemingly uninterested in helping her. I wouldn’t be surprised if she’s searching for a new job; she was truly swamped. Management really needs to step up and improve their staffing and support during busy times like this."

"This restaurant overall was disgusting. The bathroom was in horrible condition and the plates and cutlery we were given were so dirty that when you wiped it with a napkin, the area was brown. We were also given a refill of chips in a dirty basket with queso on the paper from another table that the waitress had collected at the same time. Needless to say, I will not be coming again."

"YOU GUYS CAN DO BETTER...MY Americana Cheese burger was awful...it was cold, soggy and not good...the same with the chili cheese tots...cold, soggy...the cheese was almost solid and real salty...no to mention the chili...it was cold and salty...chocolate milkshake had way to much chocolate in it...the driver acted like he was too afraid to do anything...I have ate inside your restaurant and the food was great but not tonight...thanks"

"First of all, why is your dining room not back open yet, that's ridiculous. Second, I waited forever in the Drive-Thru during dinner time, get my food, get home, not my order. Drive back (ten minutes each way) and the line is now to the entrance for Walmart. Call the store and tell them I've already been through the line and my whole order is wrong and they tell me I have to still wait in the line to get a replacement because they're dining room is closed. This is unacceptable service."
