This is the worst restaurant I've ever been to. The turkey was burnt and tasteless. The staff was very rude and unprofessional!

Been come here for awhile now and recently a order for fried Turkey, giro along with beans and rice and I love to say most what they are with...

Didn’t get to taste the food because we left. The girl at the front looked like we were bothering her by walking in so we walked right back out. This place is not welcoming at all and we drove out of our way smh

The food is amazing that is something I won’t and can’t take away from them. But the woman that’s taking orders in the front is constantly on her phone always forgetting something. This establishment just needs to work on its customer service skills than it would be a better restaurant.

Horrible Horrible experience! I called my food in an advance when I arrived to pick up the food , I was told several different stories. An hour and 15 minutes later I still had not received my food. I called in advance and placed 3 orders, when I arrived 35 min as requested the food wasn’t ready. I waited another 15 min only to be told that one of my orders they ran out of. The woman was very dismissive about it. Then I had to wait another 15 min for another meal, which was chicken and plantains. When I opened the container it was 5 little pieces. This experience was disappointing. I will not recommend anyone to go there since with a 2 mile radius there is 3 Haitian restaurants. Go to Pearl of the Islands in Margate, they never disappoint.

As a loyal customer who has placed numerous orders over the years, this is my first time writing a review. I placed my order today at 1:07 PM and was informed it would take 40 minutes. After waiting for 45 minutes, I arrived to find my food not ready. I ended up waiting an additional 30 minutes. Additionally, the girl at the front was quite unpleasant. I specifically requested my two fish to be fried and not dry, but both were overly salty and extremely dry. Upon inspecting the food, I pointed out to the girl that it appeared very dry, and she seemed unconcerned. It seems they might not have the same chef as usual, as the food was overly salty and dry.

Saw the page on Instagram and when I looked at the pictures it seemed as if I could not go wrong with ordering take out at this place for my family and I. When I read the reviews it seemed the only problem was customer service but most reviews said the food was amazing so despite the horrible service that was mentioned I took a chance on it. Don’t believe the hype the food was not “amazing” it was close to acceptable at best the gratine Listed on the menu as “macaroni au gratin” was the worst I’ve ever had.
