"Overpriced Dry Cupcakes. I got 6 cupcakes; Red Velvet, Pumpkin Spice, Key Lime, Cookies N Cream, Salted Caramel, and White Chocolate. The Keylime was by far the worst I've ever had. The Red Velvet was probably the best out of those flavors. However, the cupcakes themselves were very dry. Plus they were stacked with frosting, and it was litttle too much in my opinion. And the frosting was hard. It was like eating a ball of sugar.Lastly, The customer service is trash and the owner is very rude. Don't waste your hard earned money here."

Went here a few years ago and there was an awful smell and the cupcakes were bad and overpriced. Tried it out again hoping for a better experience. Let's just say at least the smell is gone.

We are nurses working night shift and someone brought these to us? nobody liked them. They were dry and just didn't taste good at all. They are pretty to look at, but not tasty. They are off the list.

Lenox Cupcakes was so fun and easy to work with! They were able to get us a variety of flavors, delivered right on time and the cupcakes were so cute and DELICIOUS! We did not have a single leftover after the wedding! We love Lenox Cupcakes!

I tried both a chocolate and a carrot cake cupcake. The chocolate cupcake was dense and hard enough that it could likely knock someone out, and the frosting was just as tough. The carrot cupcake resembled more of a muffin than a cupcake, and the icing was absolutely dreadful—I had no idea frosting could make someone feel unwell. On top of the $8 price for just two small cupcakes and the poor customer service, the dry texture and awful frosting were definitely disappointing.
