"We had to ask for a menu, and she brought us a single, dirty menu to share. She informed us there was only one menu for the entire restaurant. There was no beverage menu unless you were willing to download a QR reader on your personal phone, which would allow you to view the drink options without prices. After a long wait, our drinks arrived, but the service was painfully slow. At one point, our waitress disappeared into the bathroom for about 15-20 minutes while we waited to place our food order. It felt like she was more interested in her phone than in taking care of us. We were close to asking the bartender if we should place our order there when another waitress finally came to assist us. Ironically, the first waitress emerged from the bathroom right after this. The food itself was very good and was delivered in a timely manner. However, we had to ask for silverware to eat with. I ordered a second drink, but it arrived in a glass that had a chip in the rim, which seems like a health code violation to me. I didn’t want to risk drinking glass shards, and it was inappropriate to serve a drink in a broken glass. I asked the first waitress to remove the drink from the bill, which she did, but she didn’t offer to replace it. When it came time to pay, the bill was processed through a card reader while the waitress stood by, watching as we added a tip. I found this payment process to be quite rude and awkward. Overall, the experience was disappointing and overshadowed the quality of the food."
