"There is a union kitchen by my house in garden oaks that is fantastic so i decided to check this place out. I got the voodoo balls which tasted great but were served all spaced out on the onion rings and since it was so cold in there they weren't very hot when I got them. Maybe they would be better served in a pile on a bed of the onion rings? My friend got the shrimp and grits which had a great flavor but is served in a lake of sauce. Personally I think it could use more grits to balance the amount of sauce especially for 22 dollars."

"I'm a server. so I understand the meaning that I take care of her dunes in customers. I also understand that the things can become hectic during the morning shift. but what I don't understand is how someone can answer the phone for an order, and let a customer hold for almost 30 minutes in the hand. Yes, I would have hanged and called back after 15 minutes, but then I wanted to talk to a manager. I heard all the talks while I was waiting. I heard someone had to take the break. heard 3 or 4 order how someone wanted extra butter and someone else needed toast. and I just wanted a togo folder. After 28 minutes I said to hell with it and called Dennys. at least there I knew I would get my order if I called. eating here is great. That's why I called. but after I've been put into the handle for so long, I'll never eat here again. not with the customer service."

"I’ve been going to Pete’s for years, I’d say since I was about 10, over the years this place has done an amazing job at maintaining its culture and environment, Today a young man name Kagen helped me (hope I’m spelling that correctly), He was super energetic and positive, And showed me exemplary service, he helped me in the restaurant and as I was leaving he was sweeping up the parking lot, making sure the place was clean, the food is amazing it’s like eating a home cooked meal I kid you not! If you’re looking for a hometown feel with great food and a unique diner feel this is the place to go! Pete’s is more than a burger place to many of us, it’s a place that carries tradition and memories."

"This restaurant has definitely been inconsistent when it comes to freshness and quality. I live in Atascocita and have visited this place twice after a friend recommended it, but unfortunately, both experiences have been disappointing. I ordered the glazed donuts and kolaches, and neither tasted fresh. I noticed that they reheated the kolaches in the microwave, which is a clear sign that they weren’t fresh. It seems like if you want something fresh, you need to arrive right at opening time, as both times I visited were before 8 a.m."
