"I made a decision for my partner and me regarding our meal. We placed special orders over the phone, which the woman confirmed. When I arrived to pick up the food, she reiterated our special orders for confirmation and then directed another employee to retrieve it from the back. A few minutes later, our meal was brought out, and I paid before driving home for 20 minutes. Unfortunately, not only was our order incorrect, but it was also overly sweet, and there were very few pieces of meat in the mix. I was left very disappointed by both the service and the quality of the food."
