"My father and I were visiting the town for the weekend and we dined at this restaurant twice. The food and atmosphere were excellent, but the service was exceptional! "CORPORATE MANAGEMENT and Store Management. In the last year they’ve really gone down hill. From the wait time, to the order correct, to the quality. At least half a dozen times all 3 were a failure at this location. (Bluefield VA. Commerce rd. It must be poor management because Wendy’s is good when done right. I’ve noticed this at other Wendy’s locations so it may also be the fault of CORPORATE MANAGEMENT. Too bad. Maybe I’ll try again in 6 months to give them some time to improve. (Again ps. I’ve looked at the newest reviews and I don’t understand their high ratings. Something is amiss or im just very unlucky, so I’ll contact corporate directly."

"I had made a mobile order through the app.I pulled up to the screen and the lady on the intercom told me that I couldn't do a mobile order by drive-thru,I had to come in. So,I went in,the only employee up front was standing at the opposite side of the register as if she were in line, scrolling on her phone for 4min+ drinking her mcdonalds drink. I tried to ask her for assistance but she slammed her phone down on the counter and ran to the back where the cooks are,finally she came out and assisted others,I had to speak up louder and she got rude with me. Then,i went to my car and sit for a bit ,ate,very dry biscuit as to the point i had to take a drink with every bite cuz it was so dry i was getting choked. The woman who assisted me had come out right after me and was still there when I left,standing and laughing with a group of guys..There was quite a few people that had went in after me and they were getting packed but I guess she had better things to do than her job! I wasn't treated with anything,not that I expect anything besides politeness and manners but I didn't even get that! I won't be going back here either,especially after my husband's food had a hair in it! No use going back,they'll want whats left of the food and give u another..I went on down the road to find better food and manners!"

"I returned to the restaurant and was disappointed to find that I only received half of the fries in my large order. The staff explained that they only provide the amount of fries that would come with a medium order, even though I paid for a large. I have submitted complaints about this issue. The staff was rude and I do not think they should be interacting with the public. I work hard for my money and expect to receive what I paid for."
