"VERY BAD ATTITUDE OF THE EMPLOYEES! I was attended by a very rude blonde woman, she treated me badly for asking her about the price of pizza, they gave me two slices of pizza on a single small plate, which slipped off the counter, dirtying my shoes. The promo does not include tax, which ends up getting more than 10% of what is published (Apparently they charge the tax that they decide).Pizza is average, no difference from $1 pizza, I recommend avoiding this place. The $1 pizza is more delicious, they give you one plate per pizza slice and they DON'T MISUSE YOU LIKE IN THIS LOCAL!!!??"

I was charged $8 for a slice of chicken pizza at this pizzeria. The person behind the counter did not give me a warm welcome, they just quickly charged my credit card. I had to request a receipt to see the price. Furthermore, the pizza was cold and they only reheated it for 1 minute in the oven. Overall, this place is a disaster.

Maybe I just picked the wrong night or something, but I had a terrible slice. They had a pie coming out of the oven, peppers and spinach. Not something I would have picked except I liked the idea of a fresh slice. But this was really bad. Also didn't like the vibe in the place, which was grungy and unfriendly. I wouldn't go back. This restaurant serves some of the best New York-style pizza slices I have ever had! The combination of cheese and pepperoni was perfect, and the crust was golden and unforgettable. Both their classic cheese pizza and pepperoni pizza were delicious and cooked perfectly. I will definitely be dreaming about that crust until I visit this place again!

7 out of 10 times i visit this place the pizza in pretty good. Bordering on really good. The other three is spit between awesome, out of this world, and sadly, terrible. I’m o be fair the times it is usually terrible it’s really late and they seem to be gearing up to close. So I can’t place to much weight on the staff. So in total. 9 out of 10 good bites to eat is stellar. Especially after midnight on the upper west side.

Was walking past this location last night with my daughter to get a slice, and when the pizzaiolo saw her in the window, he was so kind to her and was playful. When we ordered our two slices, he decided to make her a special heart shaped pie with her initial written in cheese. Nicest, most random and sweet gesture. And of course the pizza was great. What a wonderful, neighborhood place with people who care. 5 stars isn’t enough. View menu

The pizza at this restaurant is decent, especially late at night. I have been several times before and had good experiences, but tonight I was rudely treated by one of the staff members. Upon entering, I was yelled at for not immediately placing my order, and when I pointed out that he had picked up the wrong dish, he angrily threw it in my direction. I felt unwelcome as I paid for my cold pizza and left. I will not be returning to this restaurant because of this employee's behavior.

I've never been here before. When I entered, I stood aside to see what they had when the employee at the front end ransacked the people. After about a minute I knew what I wanted and waited for the line clear, I stepped forward to order and the guy pushes his hand in my face and said I have already tried to take their order and immediately turns his attention to a few just to go to their order. I had a bad customer service, but that takes the cake. serious job problem and no customer knowledge. why have a menu if we cannot overlook it for a minute
