One of the finest Vietnamese restaurants in the area. The grilled pork rice dish is excellent. Overall, I would rate the food a 4 out of 5.

The service was terrible, and they pressured us for tips even though we didn't receive our drinks. Meanwhile, other tables that arrived after us were served their food and drinks ahead of us. This was a really disappointing experience. Food rating: 2/5.

Service fast. Not a fancy place, kind of a blue collar Pho joint. I had the #1 (dac biet). It's was well balanced between noodles, meats, fixings and broth. Broth was VERY tasty. This is a good working man's Pho joint. Prices have gone up but what else is new. View menu

The pho here is well-portioned, flavorful, and generously loaded with meat. Their rice plates are also excellent. And be sure to try the Vietnamese iced coffee! This establishment is family-run, so let's show them some respect, tip generously, and they will take great care of you!

I have no doubt that this place will close business if they don't make a serious change, food used to be great, really sad to experience this situations on Bay Area, fortunately are many great options!

This is our go to Pho place in the peninsula. We've been here no less than 20 times. The reasons: ULTRA FAST SLA: Pho noodle comes out within 4 minutes, 80% of the time. Tastes consistently good! Ingredients are fresh Price is reasonable. Service is ridiculously fast. #1 combo and #11 combo and #42 are what we always get. God I can recite the menu by now. View menu

Pho Little Saigon is located in the Marina Market shopping center in Foster City. It's been there for ages and the food is adequate. They do a brisk lunch business. We ordered the following:Pork chop and rice 4 stars Bun Bo Hue 2 stars just pho with chili oil and shrimp paste added. Rare steak and beef balls pho 3 starsHouse special shrimp cake 4 starsChicken wings 3 starsPlenty of parking and easy freeway access. Service was good and quick.

what a disappointing experience. i ordered food via doordash to pick up in an hour after i finished work. i got a text 14 minutes later that it was ready. i called to double check that it wasn't just an automated notification and the restaurant said to pick it up now. i told them i didn't want it sitting around for 45 minutes and they didn't seem to understand and told me to cancel the order. when i called doordash, they said the restaurant told them the food would be ready at the original time so they could try to avoid losing the money...lies.

I have been coming here for years, over time service has gone down hill. When we walked in today it wasn't busy at all, maybe 3 tables were being used.When we sat the gentleman brought us over menus, he slammed them on the table and walked away. Shortly after he brought us cups with water He gave us a few minutes and asked if we were ready, I ordered beef broth with rice noodles. I know it's boring lol I normally just eat plain pho and add sriracha and lemon, I promise it's delicious lolWe had the vegetable egg rolls. They were a little greasier than normal.
