"To say this was a disappointing meal would be an understatement. Used to be one of our favorite spots in Fort Collins, must be under new ownership or something. We got the beef pho, short ribs and the combo plate. The pho was alright, the broth was good but wouldn’t go back for it. The meat in all three dishes were absolutely terrible, though. The short ribs were mostly gristle, was able to eat maybe one collectively of the 3 or 4 that came with the entree. The chicken in the combo plate was perhaps the most questionable meat I’ve ever been served. Truly cannot confirm if it was actually chicken. The pork chop was the best part of the meal but again, wouldn’t go back for it. Wouldn’t recommend this spot, especially considering the price $50 for this meal) for the terrible quality."

I was never a fan of Pho before, but my husband, who loves it, convinced me to try Little Saigon. I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed it.

Had their feathers that were fantastic. The peanut sauce was amazing. Only Pho option was vegetarian Pho and it was excellent. People were very nice too. View menu

Reviewing the service, not the food! I tried to eat at this restaurant by myself on a Friday night at 7:30pm. There was one couple in front of me who was seated promptly.

One of my favorite places here for vegan pho. Many places use meat broth for even veggie pho, but not here!! the staff is always so friendly and friendly and helpful. A Pho-Go-to.

This is the best pho that I have found in the Ft.Collins/Loveland area. Delicious broth and excellent cuts of meat. The bread of the Bahn mi sandwich has a perfect crackly exterior with a soft interior. The chicken is perfectly seasoned. Additionally, the service here is great!

It was good pho, with a flavorful broth that was more delicate and light than other pho places. It was packed with flavor from the spices used, but it wasn't as rich with meaty broth flavor, as I prefer. I am happy with my meal today, and it is a solid pho place, though I likely will go somewhere else in the future for my personal taste preference.
