"I was skeptical at first because it is more of a cafe feel than a restaurant, but after eating, who cares! Salmon was flavorful and the correct temperature. Quality was good but not the best... could be seasonal. They really excel with their eel and soft shell crab. Also, most restaurants serve their white tuna at the wrong temperature, not the case here. Their spicy rolls are above average spicy which i like and they have just enough sweetness on top to kill some of the heat. May not be for the person that doesn't like much heat. I'll come back. Reading some of the negative reviews, I wonder if they ate at another location (I'm in Pearland)."

I absolutely love this restaurant! The sushi is always incredibly delicious and never bland. Jessica, the staff member, is the sweetest! I don’t regret driving 25 miles to come here. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the manager was very attentive to our needs.

I enjoy sushi with Eric and Irene since they opened their first location in Pasadena when it was small and almost 15 years ago had no more than a few tables. Menu always grows and always enjoys quality service and food. If you have a chance, get the Mike's Roll... View menu

We visited this restaurant for my son's birthday because he's been eager to try their sushi. While sushi isn't my personal preference, he absolutely loved it. In fact, he enjoyed it so much that he's decided to eat there once a week until he's tried everything on the menu—a feat that could take him a whole year! Besides sushi, they also offer a variety of other delicious cooked dishes on the menu.

The food here is absolutely delicious! Everything is incredibly fresh and tasty. My family of six makes it a point to enjoy their sushi at least once a week, if not more! Lol! The appetizers and entrees are also excellent. They maintain a spotless restaurant and have implemented great safety measures for the pandemic. The staff is professional, friendly, and accommodating, which makes us eager to return time and again!
