Lizzie's Memphis Style BBQ

Orland, FL: As someone from Memphis, I can confidently say that this BBQ is better than any of the BBQ places I've tried back home. Everything we ordered was delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant!

We had the best meal and service ever. Sat outside listening to live music on a beautiful Florida night!!! We are local and will Definately be back!!! Thanks to Hunter, our great server and Yamil for taking such good care of us! Awe yiu again real soon

Came in for a late lunch and we had the family platter with the ribs, sweet rolls, mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese. The ribs were perfect. Tender but still holding onto the bone. The sides are not a throwaway the Mac and cheese would be a good dish anywhere. View menu

Wow, what an experience! The food here was sublime. The Memphis style ribs are some of the best I’ve EVER had, so delicious! The chicken as well as the Mac and cheese were also delectable. What really took the meal to another level was our server, Benjamin. He was attentive and checked up with us often. He also was very polite and engaged with us well. My wife loved his recommendation!!

We ordered pulled pork a 1/2 chicken and got a huge amount as well as a number of sides on top. It was all very tasty and affordable compared to some other restaurants around. The restaurant itself isn't large and service is kind of basic but we weren't expecting much more so we were quite happy to tuck in. Once criticism is the draft beer was quite expensive and served in tall plastic glasses why not regular glasses?

This restaurant was fantastic! We were visiting from Mississippi and were craving some great BBQ, and we definitely found it here. Even though it was busy, they managed to take care of my family of five in about 30 minutes. Our waiter, Jordan, made sure our food was hot and fresh, and he provided excellent service. we had a taste for bbq and are to be visited from the city, so we decided to give lizzie a try as there were so many good reviews. it didn't disappoint! my daughter ordered the smoked brisket with mac and cheese and sweet potato casrole. it also came with sweet maisbrot. she loved it. I have served the ribs that were tender from the bone, with greens and sweet potatoes. it was delicious! the service was great for our order. we also ordered bananenpudding, which was not our favorite, which is why we gave them 4. we will return safely when we return to orlando and order more entrees and try another dessert.

The half pan of pulled pork easily fed 20 ladies, and the coleslaw was absolutely delicious. The mac and cheese? YUM! You really can’t go wrong with that. We had leftovers that we stored in the fridge and reheated throughout the weekend. They provided a generous portion of BBQ sauce, along with napkins and utensils for our bachelorette group. I picked up our order around 5:30 PM, and everything was kept warm and packaged perfectly; I only had to wait about 6 minutes for the team to bring everything out. Definitely a hard place to review. Most restaurants are short staffed, so service is questionable anywhere you go currently. However this place was terrible as far as service. We sat with empty soda cups for most of our meal. My wife ordered a beer, and had to remind the server twice to bring it. My daughter asked for mustard multiple times and never got it. We ordered the cheeseburger plain, but it came with everything on the plate making the fries soggy and pretty gross. Definitely not how we expected them.
