Excellent service!! Comfort at it’s best!! Great location! Literally a few minutes walk to Santa Monica Pier!! Beach is across the street!! Definitely will be staying here again!!! Highly recommended!

This is a stylish bar with a welcoming and attentive staff. The ambiance is lovely, situated within an outstanding hotel. They offer an excellent selection of gins, other beverages, and unique cocktails.

We had a wonderful time at the Fairmont. We stayed in a family suite. It was perfect for our family. The room was clean and the staff very attentive to all our needs. We loved the fact that the hotel had bicycle at our disposal. View menu

The lobby lounge has a cozy and charming atmosphere, but the food leaves much to be desired. The ingredients in the salad don't complement each other well, and the dressing is quite unusual. Additionally, the service is very slow.

I was there for a wedding and have stayed there before. Always a great experience. Rooms are clean and the staff is incredible and friendly. Easy access to the beach and restaurants in the area. The restaurant in the hotel is great too! Overall, it was a great stay!

My daughter is attending UCLA in the fall. I am looking for routine lodging when I visit her. This hotel is located in Santa Monica within walking distance of shops, restaurants and the beach. The location is wonderful. The room itself is average. I was however extremely disappointed with the outdoor accommodations. We stayed for 4 days and the outdoor chairs were first come first serve. We made several attempts each day to get a lounge chair and not one day were we able to. View menu

Came here to spend time with family after a year apart. It started with a mix-up my fault) but the front desk staff were gracious and accommodating and solved the problem. The rooms were ok nothing special and the view was nice though offset by the pounding music from the club below. Luckily the windows were relatively sound proof and by the time we went to bed the music was done. Though I understand that things are just opening up, I was disappointed that more amenities were not available (spa was closed and the main restaurant I was closed) the two days we were here. Check-in was fine, but the front desk staff seemed busy, and the interaction felt quite impersonal. As for our room, we were disappointed. We had selected a room with a balcony and a sea view, but upon arrival, we found ourselves on the second floor directly above the roof, which was visibly cluttered with leftover towels, cigarettes, pens, and candies. The bathroom faucets, both in the sink and shower, were outdated and not functioning properly. Overall, the space felt extremely basic and lacked refinement, especially considering we spent nearly $500 per night. Lobby and Fig Restaurant noise was totally unacceptable due to a lack of sound absorbing carpeting. On each of my four days at the hotel, I observed people in the lobby bar and Fig Restaurant literally yelling at the person sitting next to them. I've never seen anything like this in my entire life! A chaotic atmosphere due to guest decibel levels. Piped music is far too loud, as well. I'd like to add another issue that was totally off putting. Upon checking in after a long flight, the young lady at the Front Desk informed me that my room would not be cleaned nor would my bed be made each morning.
