"Custumers be careful, health is a MUST.!!! I'm just here, I spoke to the first customer service staff, I said this is my first time here I'm just trying to connect. My husband politely asked no cheese, he said it was not just intolerance, but an ALLERGY. We became the DISH DOESN 'T HAVE CHEESE ' THE INGREDIENT IS NOT LISTED, then when I ordered, I asked NO CHEESE, again we were mechanically said, DISH DOESN 'T HAVE CHEESE ' THE INGREDIENT IS NOT LISTED We ordered to go, the service was standard at this point. When we left, I realized that I had no forks and napkins on a TO GO order. I drove back to the place, a young man asked me if I had a pick-up to go order and asked for my name, I told him politely to go other not have forks, then I was interrupted by an employee on another cash register, the employee name is DALIA: Extremely RUDE, reducing, to me and to her employee, she said in an illuminated voice and rough body language Custumers, there are many delicious Mexican food in the area, if health is your priority, avoid this place. This place: 1. bad customer service 2. bad communication 3. healthy security requirement not taken into account 4. Read to the customer via his menu 5."

This was the smallest driest $10 carne asada burrito I've ever had. It was also mainly all Tortilla. I gave this place a second attempt because other people recommend how good it is, but I personally will never order here again. ?

I ordered the tsunami fries, which are basically carne asada fries topped with a few shrimp. While they were decent, I found the fries to be a bit too soft for my taste; I prefer them to be crispier. The meat was also slightly over-seasoned with pepper, but I was able to add some salsa to help balance the flavors.

I had a terrible California burrito from #Lolitas and I wouldn't recommend it. It was filled with mostly hard potatoes and very little meat—there was hardly anything inside! What a disappointment! During our visit today, there was one drawback—the wait felt interminable. This is definitely not fast food anymore. We had to endure a lengthy 40-minute wait before we could finally enjoy our lunch. Despite this, it's still a favorite place for my group, although I might start exploring faster alternatives if the wait times don't improve. To add to the frustration, the prices have been rising significantly. Nevertheless, the flavors, especially the tasty green and red salsas, keep drawing me back like a siren's call.

Lolita's has typically been one of our go-to places, but our experience today was quite disappointing. We placed an online order and were told our food would be ready at 12:10. However, by 12:28, our meal still hadn't arrived, and the staff informed us they were running behind. The problem was that I had already paid, leaving us unable to go elsewhere. When our order finally came, it was 25 minutes late and incorrect. I then had to spend even more time waiting for the correct order to be made. Unfortunately, we won’t be coming back. It’s evident that things have changed, and they could really use some improvement.
