"We visited Silks yesterday, June 25, 2023, and I must say the buffet has really declined from what it used to be. It felt like they were simply trying to empty their coolers as the season wraps up, throwing together whatever they could find. The salad options included just two kinds of wilted, browning leaves, along with tomatoes, cucumbers, and chicken salad. As for the hot buffet, it was a hodgepodge of boiled potatoes and fajita meat, capped off by a gloppy chicken dish. There was only one tray of watery pasta and a dessert table featuring tiny samples and ice cream—no pie or cake in sight. The overall presentation was quite unappetizing, and the $65 per person price tag made it even harder to swallow. Silks has certainly seen better days. If you decide to go, I recommend bringing a sandwich!"

It's essential for them to be well-informed about the policies and to help customers when they request to speak with a manager, rather than shying away from the situation. I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was poor, and the food wasn't much better. Both the ribs and the pecan pie were quite unappetizing. The only things we liked were the mashed potatoes and peach cobbler. The service seemed almost nonexistent, despite it being a slow night. I suggest saving your money and trying somewhere else.

I was let down by my experience at Silks. I went there for Mother's Day 2022, and unfortunately, it didn't live up to my expectations. The food was only average, and the service was extremely slow. While the races were fun, the all-day buffet didn't provide the quality that was promised. Spending $260 for a family of four felt like a waste, especially since they ran out of food. If you don't arrive right when the buffet opens, you'll have a hard time finding something to eat later on. I hope Silks takes this feedback seriously and makes some necessary improvements.
